標題[心得] 在特約門市辦真的要注意

前情請看我上一篇文章 後來我打去客服反覆詢問，還到台哥大直營門市問 得到兩個結果 1 特約門市幫我辦錯方案，導致我沒有網內免費 2 特約門市擅自幫我加了一堆加值服務根本都是不必要的 特約門市幫我加了影片跟音樂還有時報周刊等付費服務 當初我有詢問為什麼加這些，回答是“因為你提前續約所以公司規定要加” 我想提前續約本來就會有一些規定，所以沒有多懷疑 後來問了直營跟客服，都說其實只要加一個服務就可以了…… 昨天很生氣去申辦的那間門市退掉那些服務，而且要求改方案+幫我付這個月網內的錢 小姐整個臉臭到不行，剛開始還試圖解釋 （可能是我拉錯方案了or我們客服跟我說是這樣辦……你已經辦超過一星期不能改了） 我一說我已經去客服跟直營問過了，是你給我亂加值服務 他才摸摸鼻子幫我辦退理。 我只能說我下次是絕對不會再去特約辦什麼服務了 騙消費者辦比較貴又不需要的方案根本無恥 當初是覺得近，店員態度又不錯 （賺了佣金當然態度不錯XD） 順便請問，特約門市一樣可以客訴嗎？客訴會得到什麼樣的處理？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.204.216.196

牡羊：留意免疫力的問題，記的要讓自己的睡眠充足。

雙子：建議增加每日的運動量，可以避免水腫或虛胖。

金牛：最近工作長時間面對電腦，自己要留心眼睛周邊的疾病。

巨蟹：最近天氣多變化，要多注意喉嚨發炎狀況。

獅子：注意壓力引發頭痛，趁休假時多出外走走。

處女：要注意喉嚨不適，引起咳嗽，多喝水潤喉保養。

天秤：注意情緒影響到身體，要適時抽離工作。

天蠍：注意過長的工作時間造成筋骨痠痛，可以趁放假時好好泡澡放鬆。

射手：別讓自己長時間坐在電腦前，注意久坐的下盤、脊椎問題。

摩羯：注意腿部肌肉痠痛，可以藉由多按摩來紓緩壓力。

廠牌:TOSHIBA 型號:Z930 購入日期:2013/4 距上次使用正常時間:上星期 OS版本:WIN 8 平常作業內容:文書 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):Y 問題內容: 最近我的電腦剛升級WIN8.1，發現電腦在接上電源線及拔除電源線時 電腦螢幕皆會反黑(像是關閉螢幕那樣)約兩秒 又有點像是在做螢幕自動調整，但是之前不會 之前接上電源，就是跟正常一樣，螢幕變亮一點，並不會反黑 不知道是不是更新WIN 8.1 的關係 有板友跟我一樣嗎? 還是我得送回原廠檢查 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.220.24.181
