日前受同事委託去台中新光三越幫她買一件週年慶第二波活動DM上的衣服
買完後想起該位同事在週年慶第一波時買了一雙Timberland的粉紅反折靴
當下看到那個型整個就愛上了 抱著都來了就去看一下的心態晃到5樓的Timberland去
現場有的樣式不多 只有三款 自己一個人在那邊看了快5分鐘才有服務人員來問
稍微比較了一下之後決定買磚紅色搭蘇格蘭格紋的反折靴(6923R)
可服務人員告知那一雙現場沒有我的size 可以先結帳然後用郵寄的方式給我
也沒有多想就去結帳填寫訂貨單了 在結帳的時候想起同事說他買的時候有送保養組就隨口提了一下
服務人員直接說那個沒有送一定都是要另外買的 其實我也只是隨口問問就沒有刻意去凹了
結帳完之後就打道回府等收鞋子了 我是10/17(四)一早就去下訂
我自己估計快的話星期五慢則星期一就可以收到
殊不知一等就等了快七天在星期三才收到 期間還打了兩次電話去追蹤進度
星期六第一次打去時幫我結帳的那個人員休假 其他人也不清楚現在處理進度到哪
請人員幫我追蹤一下然後回我電話 結果也沒回
兩天後第二次打去有找到幫我處理的那個人員 電話接起來就開始推託說調貨本來就比較久要1-7天
還東扯西扯說週年慶期間本來就比較忙之類的 言下之意就是鞋子可能還沒出貨
聽到人員這樣推託的當下 我都想直接衝去門市把鞋子退掉了
出貨要1-7天? 週年慶期間比較忙? 我都可以接受 但前提是你要主動告知我而不是我問了才說
不然會讓我覺得你只是想做成這筆生意 錢到手了剩下的就隨便搞搞就好

更雖小的是收到之後才開始 才穿一天就不小心噴到摩托車潤滑油油漬
噴到的時候整個超緊張 趕快上網爬文 說噴到不用緊張 用牙刷沾清水慢慢推 推到油漬不見為止
推完之後油漬也確實是不見了 但皮面把水吃進去之後顏色變得有點淡 想說應該等水乾了就ok了
不過都已經過好幾天了 顏色還是一樣變成現在兩隻腳鞋面有色差

而且可能是因為吃到水皮革變軟造成鞋子有折痕

雖然鞋子就是要拿來穿的但是新鞋穿沒兩天就變這樣 整個心情很糟
可以等我穿久一點再爛掉嗎

房價會修正
人家只出張嘴
聽他話的人卻要捶心肝

相信別人的話?
還是算了吧
自己多看點書
自己下決定
盈虧自負
買高買低至少不用怪別人

別人我不知道
但小弟是沒什麼好處
只是單純的分享而已
希望不要發生以下的悲劇

就像買股票
沒人知道高點低點
為什麼這個價位會出手.就是因為合理價了
只要有需求.相對合理價.負擔的起.那就買吧
就算以後跌了
至少還是養的起房貸
這才是最保守的出手

想買低?怕買貴?
這就不是自住的心態
只能慢慢等待你心目中的合理價嚕

別人都買的起
為什麼自己買不起?
反省一下自己會比較好
一般有能力買房子的人
也是苦過來的

當然
因為目前是看多
如果哪天房價要修正
小弟也是會說看空的
只是大家目前的看法不同

現在一坪要60幾萬了~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
哀~~~~不只投資客可惡,連愛上電視說大話的學著也一樣可惡啊!!
