行政院長江宜樺抵金門視察，邀集國防部、文化部與金門縣政府相關單位，針對大、二膽島開放觀光事宜進行最後評估。江揆表示，期望可在明年6月底前一次性移交管轄權予縣府，未來朝「先文化資產保存、後建設開發」方式逐步對外開放。

江揆也說，移交後，島上仍將保有適當的兵力，有其軍事與政治之象徵意義，非配合觀光客拍照取景。

到了民國117年就讀大一的新生大部份是民國99年出生的人口166886人,
有在出租給私立大專院校學生的網友必須要有房屋無法完全出租出去給學生的心理準備。
