【大紀元2013年10月26日訊】（大紀元記者郭益昌台灣彰化報導）大統長基公司販賣混充油牟取暴利，同時添加對人體有害的「銅葉綠素」，衝擊國人食品安全疑慮，彰化地檢署25日以違反〈食品衛生管理法〉、〈刑法〉詐欺等罪起訴公司負責人高振利等人，並追究沒收7年來不法所得18.5億元。

大統混劣油販售，彰化縣衛生局行政裁罰3,040萬元，並因嚴重違反〈食品衛生管理法〉而遭勒令停工，彰化地檢署在全案爆發第十天後大動作，起訴高振利與調配室課長溫瑞彬、員工周昆明等，並因情節重大建請法官從重量刑高振利。

彰檢：大統摻劣油達7年

彰化地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃智勇表示，從大統進口棉籽油算起，業者涉攙偽油品長達7年，估算不法所得高達18.5億元，除請法院從重量刑，詐欺罪應分論併罰，還追究沒收這些不法所得。

大統除原先橄欖油外，辣椒油、花生油、沙拉油等產品都被查出標示不符，業者添加棉籽油標示不實、攙偽及違規添加銅葉綠素等部分遭衛生局逐件裁罰，罰金高達3,040萬元，創下國內最高罰款紀錄。

高振利最高處40年徒刑

針對高振利等人刑責部分，黃智勇表示，共列舉被告涉及8大項詐欺罪責，每項罪責基本刑責為5年以下有期徒刑，依此換算，最高將被判處40年有期徒刑，依現行法令最高執行刑度為30年，將由公訴檢察官衡量後再具體求刑，以嚴懲不法廠商。

為防止高振利脫產，地檢署限制出境後，也進一步扣押高及大統長基16個銀行帳戶、29筆土地房屋，估計財產總值至少超過5億元。

食品非法添加擬罰5千萬

為杜絕不肖食品業者謀取暴利、危害全民健康。衛生福利部長邱文達25日在部務會議中下達指示，研擬加重〈食品衛生管理法〉罰責，並於26日召開專案會議。最新版本將在兩週內送達行政院審議。

該會議將研擬食品添加違法成分最高罰責，由現行1,500萬元提高至3,000萬元甚至5,000萬元；另標示不實部分也將加重罰款，由目前最高20萬元提高至400萬元，皆採一罪一罰。

衛福部次長許銘能說，已經啟動內部法規部門研商，一旦上路，將依違規事證重罰。關於總統馬英九建議調高刑責至3年以上，許銘能指出，或可調高至7到10年，但需要再與法務部討論。

【經濟日報編譯林佳賢／25日電】網路遊戲業者Zynga第3季財報優於預期，受益於公司削減支出並重新聚焦在行動遊戲領域，以及Zynga德州撲克（Zynga Poker）等主打遊戲，25日早盤股價大漲逾14%。

這家創造出一度風靡全球的遊戲「農場鄉村」（Farmville）的公司，24日在美股盤後公布上季財報，扣除以股票為基準的薪酬和其他項目，每股虧損2美分，但優於市場預估的4美分；營收銳減36%至2.026億美元，但仍比市場預測多出1,300萬美元。

不計重整支出等特殊項目，2013年全年可望達到些微獲利，而第4季營收預估將介於1.75億至1.85億美元之間，虧損在2,100萬至3,100萬之間。

Zynga在紐約股市25日盤初即大漲14.6%，報4.05美元，半年來約漲27%。近兩年前該公司以每股10美元掛牌上市。

Zynga過去透過開發臉書遊戲，使營收快速成長，因此曾被視為最炙手可熱的科技公司之一，但在遊戲產業重心轉向行動遊戲時措手不及。該公司之後透過聚焦在智慧手機及平板遊戲，試圖重振公司財務情況。現今電玩玩家偏好以智慧手機及平板遊戲平台玩遊戲。

然而放眼更長期的投資人仍不死心，熱切希望看見Zynga成功引誘遊戲玩家回流。Zynga表示，第3季每日活躍用戶下滑至3,000萬人，只剩去年同期的一半。

此外，Zynga 24日表示，聘請原任日本行動遊戲公司DeNA西方營運部門主管道尼（Clive Downie）擔任營運長。現年41歲的道尼曾在美國遊戲大廠藝電（EA）任職超過15年，主管部分重量級遊戲的行銷業務。道尼11月4日走馬上任後，可望提升Zynga在行動遊戲市場的實力。
