標題[心得] 今日(10/25)賞鴨心得

今天中午11點被媽挖起床，媽開車帶我去看小鴨XD 大概說一下心得讓明天要去的人參考一下！ 首先，請記得，明天一定會很多人，而且會很塞。 我外婆家在新屋，所以我媽知道新屋的小路，我家在平鎮 從66下去之後，就開始慢慢塞了， （地景其中之一的紫蓮花就在66下去的位置） 今天還沒開幕，就塞成這樣，明天一定更可怕。 還有就是，停車的部分，從新屋市區到東明國小，路上都停滿汽車了 啊有一些住家有開放停車，一次100，值不值得見仁見智。 路邊停好車之後，要走到小鴨的地方，大概五分鐘左右。 路上都是警察、三角錐 平常回外婆家，偶爾路邊都會有攤販，這次完全沒了XD 另外我覺得缺點就是，下東西向的地方完全沒有標誌 應該放一個什麼地景藝術節或是小鴨　↑ 可是都沒有，若是外地人沒有查訊息可能會搞錯。 而且下了之後沿路也沒有路標XD，所以外地人如果去記得先查一下大概路線。 我建議是騎車啦，如果是中壢人自己要看的話。 不然搭客運再走過去大約20分鐘，也不會很遠。 開車的話就要有塞的心理準備了。 小鴨真的很可愛XD，不過今天去因為還沒開放，堤防的地方還不能上去。 所以就只能讓他跟電線拍照，或是近拍上半身。 應該還會再去一次XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.161.142

標題[心得] 近兩次美編設計面試經驗

近兩次面試的經驗都不太好啊、有點挫敗XD||| 上禮拜去台中應徵平面設計的缺， 人力銀行上寫的福利還算不錯(?)，26~36K， 週休二日國定例假日也都會放， 工作內容也只寫了： 1.會操作美工軟體~具實際平面圖文編輯設計經驗 2.商品DM或彩盒設計 不過在投遞履歷後發現人力銀行上的公司名稱與下方簡介的名稱不同， 也在對方回覆可前往面試後決定當天要詢問面試者。 面試當日是跟朋友一同去面試的，（不過路上朋友的機車居然拋錨就有種不妙的預感） 才剛要踏入公司門口就被前方正在與另一名女生面試的老闆娘阻擋在外： 「你們先在外面等好嗎？」 完全沒有詢問對方來意就直接把人擋在門外的公司我倒是第一次遇見XD 於是我跟朋友就真的站在騎樓下站了好長一段時間，等前一位面試完才被放行進入XD 因為朋友也想應徵同個職缺，老闆娘就直接一起面試，因為她很忙。 我們倆各自自我簡介也把作品給老闆娘看後， 老闆娘就說了以下幾句： 「你們那個(作品)都太簡單了。名片設計太簡單了，我們這個是比較困難的。」 「(拿出一般DM) 我丟給你一樣產品就要做到像這樣。攝影拍照都是自己來。」 「(開啟前方電視，播的是購物頻道) 你們現在看到的，除了人以外其他都是你要負責的」 朋友＆我：「所以影片產品介紹跟佈景那些也是囉？」 老闆娘：「我就說除了人以外，人不要看，其他通通都要一手包辦！」 「我會給你工具，我這裡什麼都有，但你要會用！我沒那時間還要教你。」 期間，我跟朋友有問到公司為何有三個名稱 (我們在外面等的時候看到裡面多了新名稱) 老闆娘只回了「那是子公司，總不能外頭掛三個招牌吧」之類的回應。 還有需要會開車的人是因為可能要去比較遠的地方拿貨。 總之，公司會給妳工具，妳就要會用，不要再去煩她/同事該如何使用。 薪資剛進去第一個月25K（底薪23K+全勤2K） 第二個月26K，再來27K，正式錄用就是至少28K以上。 跟朋友都覺得整個過程不是很舒服， 除了老闆娘有點咄咄逼人的態度外，還讓人感覺很瞧不起一般平面設計者。 （直到面試完要離開時，老闆娘還一直說名片這種東西太簡單了BLABLABLA） 還蠻想當面吐槽：但她在人力銀行上的職缺說明只會招來更多平面設計者。XD 我覺得一開始面試過程就講開是沒問題的，不用最後才來浪費時間。 建議資方最好在人力銀行上就寫清楚，你不是要單純的平面設計， 也不會浪費你一個大忙人還要撥時間來跟我們勞方面談。 -- 接著是今天的面試，婚紗店的美編。 前一天經理打來時就有請我直接找該店的美編小姐，也會請我試做幾張圖看看。 因為是第一次接觸婚紗的美編排版， 試做的過程美編小姐都在一旁觀看，也會在某些時刻給予建議。 該美編也說，日後要是有機會來上班的話可以再慢慢學習都沒關係。 之後經理來談時，希望我能先到店裡試做一個月。 這一個月內會給非現在進行中的客戶照片進行修圖排版的練習，弄好就給經理看。 起初經理只說試做期間不會給太高的薪水，就只是基本底薪。 問了他所謂的底薪是如何的，經理就開始說要學習啊、相信有基本觀念不難上手之類的話 最後才回我底薪是一萬八。 試做期也沒有勞健保，只會先幫保意外險。 問了休假，只回了星期三是公休。（所以大概是月休四到五天） 基本上是上九個小時，如果正式做就是要在一定時間內到達經理給的美編圖量。 經理：「如果真的表現不錯，要給25K也沒問題的啦！」 　　　「假如有辦法妳一個人達到兩個人的美編量，那當然會給你更高的薪水囉^^」 在我老家這邊好像每個老闆都覺得兩萬五是超高薪了怎麼辦啊XDDDDDDDDDD (苦笑) （去年還應徵過一間美編的缺開一萬七我快哭笑不得 Orz） 我真的很戀家啊，但這樣真的不得不逼我往外發展啊 T________________________T 感覺我面試的經驗都是傷痕累累啊XDDDDDDDDDDD;;;; -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.57.208.71

哈哈 用這樣的標題 應該比較少人進來吧 有人知道這個村在哪嗎? 這個村是一個極為鄉下的地方 草啊田啊土啊 有股難以言喻的寧靜 連那小路旁的溝渠 都是濃濃的純樸 童年的回憶都在這裡 這裡沒有便利商店 只有一禮拜會來幾次的強大卡車 上面啥都有 就像移動式的雜貨店 有人知道我在形容的景象嗎?!((燦笑 而離這村落不遠處 有一個差不多光景的小村 在往後兩個禮拜 將會是一個戰場吧... 田裡的草被推平 鋪上水泥蓋上絨布搭起棚子舞台 好多的攤販進駐 好不熱鬧 曾經可以奔跑嬉戲的大池 如今裡面放了一隻鴨 來來往往的人群 看了不禁感慨 幾十年以來 幾乎沒有什麼變化的這裡 承受這樣一個衝擊 是好是壞是福是禍 尚未可知 有時會希望家鄉進步一點 不然回家麻煩 也有時 會希望倒退一點 以免認不得回家的路... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.65.242.84
