標題[心得] 充滿疑惑的第一次醫美之旅

深受內包性粉刺的困擾再加上最近猛爆痘 終於受不了跑去做很多朋友都很推的杏仁酸換膚 事前也有做功課，什麼要保濕啦不要用有酒精產品之類的資訊 我大概也都略有準備..... 所以看完皮膚科就懷著興奮的心情跟醫生預約了第一次的醫美之旅 不過做完後卻有著深深的困惑........ 首先護理師幫我上杏仁酸到卸掉，只是稍微有點刺刺的，我都沒問題 之後沒清粉刺，我也有聽過自然代謝的分享，雖然有點失望但也沒問題 但是他幫我敷的面膜....我之前都是聽人家說會有什麼保溼的面膜 也聽過會有保濕導入之類的....但是他是用雅漾活泉水敷濕而已..... 然後敷完之後，"上果酸"??? 護理師說10個小時後再洗掉 這一切已經令我深深感到疑惑了.... 接著護理師說的話更令我困惑到不行 通常不是做完杏仁酸他都會告訴你要保濕之類的 結果護理師說"臉會有點脫皮，只要用透明的肥皂洗臉，然後不用上任何保養品!!!! 等它脫落了就好了 "(是蛇脫皮嗎...) 我太困惑了~所以又問了一遍"連化妝水也不用嗎?就洗乾淨擦乾就好了? 可是我不是剛做完杏仁酸臉很乾嗎" 護理師說"長痘痘就是毛孔已經阻塞了，所以你要讓他通，其實只要臉洗乾淨 飲食睡眠正常，遵照醫生用藥，不擦任何東西，不做任何治療也會好，" (我心中PS那我今天是來做什麼的......????) 他送我一塊"露得清的透明肥皂" 我最後重覆一遍"所以只要用肥皂，洗乾淨就好，什麼都不用擦" 她說是的 插曲: 我聽完她說的後，我就說這是最近流行的肌戒毒嗎 她說:什麼是肌戒毒?? XD~ 我跟她解釋過後，她說她從事醫美以來都是這樣做... 好吧!目前我的臉沒什麼異狀，只有滿臉油光.... 先按照護理師說的做做看吧.... 這就是今日第一次做醫美的困惑之旅 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.170.154.189
