【大紀元2013年10月25日訊】（大紀元記者謝月琴台灣宜蘭報導）前總統李登輝於10月25日上午在縣長林聰賢的陪同下，前往宜蘭羅東聖母醫院參訪，受到熱烈歡迎，才獲得台灣醫療奉獻獎的聖母醫院院長陳永興向李登輝介紹醫院歷史，並做台灣醫療奉獻獎的簡報。宜蘭是他這次環島的最後一站。李登輝基金會指出，他此次下鄉仍以農業、弱勢、醫療為主軸。

李登輝肯定羅東聖母醫院與花蓮門諾醫院、台東馬偕醫院等教會醫院，對台灣東部地區醫療環境有很大貢獻，讓東部民眾不用再遠赴台北看病。他並表示：台灣人都被人疼愛，我們應該用這愛心去關懷別人。

陳永興先生獲得第23屆的台灣醫療奉獻獎，他因年輕時在山區服務，在擔任高雄市政府衛生局長期間，首創市立醫院整併、非醫師之專技人才擔任衛生所長、第一個醫療史料中心創立者，任立委期間，推動照顧身心障礙者教育權利的特殊教育法，SARS期間任南部醫療總指揮等。

陳永興推崇李前總統對台灣的民主有貢獻，包括228平反運動，開國是會議，廢國代等。隨後並做「台灣醫療奉獻獎」的簡報，陳永興十分感念很多外國神父、修士或修女對台灣醫療有很大的貢獻，自己也要把愛傳下去，到更多缺少醫療的地方去服務。如今他還在募款正為興建老人醫療大樓而努力。

陳永興院長隨後送一幅龜山朝日，還有一對平安鳥「叮叮」「咚咚」給李登輝，希望他能在11月2日回來參加平安鳥回巢的活動。

李登輝下午還去勝洋水草與農民座談，並參觀樂齡博覽會的會場，並聆聽現場的導覽。

納豆與Selina上台頒金鐘獎，先頒兒童少年節目獎，納豆宣布得獎名單卻拆錯信封，脫口說出兒少節目主持人得獎者「劉清彥」3個字，發現錯誤後趕緊更正。主持人歐弟調侃納豆： 「張君雅小妹妹，你剛才那是什麼狀況？ 」納豆立刻雙膝一軟，在台上下跪，知錯認錯，向大家道歉。

台南市廟會遶境活動頻繁，經常造成交通阻塞、環境髒亂、噪音四起等問題，引發民眾不滿投訴。而後天又有一波廟會，台南市民政局今天邀請環保局、警察局等相關單位與廟方召開協調會，告知法令規定，若違反將嚴格開罰。民政局長陳宗彥表示，這項查核機制先在廟宇較多的原台南市辦理，若反應良好再擴大範圍。

在德國，不分老少愛吃巧克力和糖果的人很多。根據德國甜點產業協會的統計，德國人平均每人1年會吃上32公斤的巧克力和糖果。

由於吃太多甜食有違健康原則，近年來，愈來愈多德國人雖然喜歡巧克力等甜食，卻比較有節制。也因此，德國的巧克力和糖果銷售量逐年微幅下降。

德國甜點產業協會的資料顯示，去年這方面的銷售總值大約在124億7000萬歐元，較前年減少了0.3%。

國內市場飽和促使巧克力和糖果工廠積極拓展國外市場。最近幾年，德國糖果公司產品外銷比率節節提高。2000年德國糖果公司的產品只有1/5銷到海外，去年外銷的168萬噸巧克力和糖果已占總生產量的一半。
