華爾街日報報導，以同名行動通訊軟體風靡全球、用戶已達2.7億人的日本軟體開發商LINE，考慮首次公開發行股票（IPO）。

LINE公司25日表示，正在考慮數個籌措資金的選項，包括IPO。日經新聞同日稍早報導，LINE可能於明年夏天在東京證交所掛牌上市。報導雖未提及LINE打算籌措的金額，但指出該公司估值可能達1兆日圓（103億美元）左右，僅略低於推特（Twitter）的111億美元。

不過，LINE發言人說，公司仍未決定是否要辦理IPO，其他討論中的選項包括由南韓母公司Naver注資、向銀行貸款等，只要能確保LINE的營收持續成長。

LINE不曾透露公司成立至今是否獲利，但今年4到6月的營收約128億日圓（1.32億美元），是去年同期的4.5倍。

蘋果、Google等四家矽谷公司，可能即將面臨數千名員工提出的集體訴訟。據員工指控，這些公司互相協議禁止聘用對方公司人員，以壓低薪資成長幅度。

美國加州聖荷西聯邦地方法院法官高蘭惠（Lucy Koh）24日批准對這四家公司提出集體訴訟，扭轉4月時原告因無法證明這類反招攬協議損害所有人的利益，而遭否決的判決。

英特爾和奧多比（Adobe）也是此案原告。但同樣涉及此案的金融軟體業者Intuit、動畫工作室皮克斯（Pixar）與視覺特效公司LucasFilm，已於7月和原告達成暫時和解。

原告律師先前指控，企業以這類反競爭行為，人為壓抑超過16萬名員工的薪酬。但在Intuit等公司達成和解後，可能提出集體訴訟的原告方代表員工減少至6.6萬人左右。

我們這組討論過後希望可以用電子鎖呈現，由於是專題也可用簡單的方法表現。
想法，希望可以用個簡單的信號作為開關，觸發後開啟。
目前想到
一、可以藉由馬達，觸發後轉動鑰匙來開啟，但離實際還是有點差距。
構想不夠完整，不知哪種鎖可用，馬達哪一種好，馬達最好是直流5伏特的。
二、以一個扣環圈，一半是塑膠圈，一半是鐵圈，平常時候鐵圈藏在塑膠圈內，
透過旋轉後，可以形成一個圈替代鎖，來呈現。
不知市面上有沒有上述兩種，類似的產品???
試問各位大大們，有沒有更好的替代方法或是如何來改良會好點??
