國內房仲業者海外布局積極，台灣房屋繼3月前進馬來西亞後，選在光輝10月踏上美國洛杉磯成立分公司，不僅服務當地華僑，也要協助台灣人「錢」進美國，而明年則將開拓日本及澳洲市場。
看好美國經濟逐漸復甦，資金返回美國，帶動美國不動產後市看好，台灣房屋美國洛杉磯分公司25日開幕，台灣房屋首席總經理彭培業表示，美國南加州是全美房價表現優質區，其中，華人人口約50萬人，是全美華人人口第二多的區域，不少台灣人因創業、工作及求學需求而移居美國，也因此有置產需求，未來不僅服務當地華僑，也要協助台灣人「錢」進美國。
彭培業指出，今年是台灣房屋的國際年，3月前進馬來西亞在吉隆坡落地，10月踏上美國洛杉磯成立分公司，年底前不僅要在吉隆坡再開設另外一家分店，明年也要開拓日本和澳洲市場，因此台灣房屋也成立「全球財富中心」，不定期發布國際房市最新情資，為台灣人打造一個安全的全球財富資產平台。
台灣房屋全球財富中心總經理欒芳全表示，自2008年金融海嘯迄今，由於美國的就業市場、新組成家庭數量以及經濟面都逐步回溫，接著QE退場議題，資金返回美國，也帶動美國不動產後市看好。
