不滿分手！男趁女友看五月天演唱會　恐嚇高鐵有炸彈

一名男子因不滿前女友堅持分手，得知她去年底購買高鐵車票，準備南下看五月天演唱會，竟然趁女友看完、搭上返家的列車時，打電話給高鐵客服中心，謊稱女友攜帶爆裂物，造成列車2度停駛，延誤22分鐘。警方10日循線追捕到嫌犯，依妨害《公用鐵路事業罪》移送法辦，以20萬元交保，且不得對高鐵、前女友再有恐嚇、騷擾行為。

男子與前女友分手，極力挽回仍被拒絕，因女友很喜歡五月天，要到高雄看演唱會，得知她搭乘的高鐵車票，趁她看完演唱會後搭乘北上的高鐵，打電話給高鐵客服中心，謊稱從高雄出發的222號班次列車上，第二車廂的第10排座位附近有危險物品。

高鐵服務人員因此提高警覺，造成列車2度將停駛，延誤22分鐘。昨日警方循線追查通話紀錄，才逮捕到男子，依妨害《公用鐵路事業罪》移送法辦，最後以20萬元交保。

珍珠哥無誠道歉 林茂雄：他已受到教訓

火車上霸位珍珠哥，出面道歉，但是網友還是批他沒誠意，當時他的鑑識專家林茂雄博士今天表示，他已經受到教訓，社會應該接納他，恢復平靜的日子。

這位霸位珍珠哥，當時不僅用坐在博愛座不讓位，還用行李佔位子，被指責時，還用珍珠奶茶的珍珠丟人嗆聲，引起網友人肉搜索，查出他是台鐵外包的一家電腦公司員工，他被公司主管要求打電話給林茂雄致歉，但是電話中一句「對不起」也說不出口，這讓林茂雄更火，珍珠哥後來才在公司主管陪同下開記者會，只是不停說對不起，被網友批評，實在沒誠意。

日前發生在永康商圈的胸腔名醫彭瑞鵬妻子遭劫殺案，雖然嫌犯順利落網，不過，這起案件也讓婦女人人自危。而今天台北萬華區也發生搶案。警方表示，正確的防搶之道，除了隨身包包要靠內側擺放，盡量要朝車輛相反方向行走，另外，如果真的遇到搶劫，盡量不要掙扎，記下歹徒特徵和車號，交由警方追查。

年關將近，是搶奪案件發生的高峰期，名醫彭瑞鵬的妻子日前就在永康商圈遇到歹徒搶劫，還遭利器毀容，婦人的安全問題，引起重視。事實上，過去還發生過被害人和搶匪拉扯之間，手臂被砍斷的駭人案件。

什麼才是正確的防搶之道？台北市女警隊員警指出，除了婦女出門的時候，值錢的財物，要分散在不同的口袋，也要提防身旁可疑人士。 女警隊員警說，不管白天或者晚上，行走的時候，盡量要朝汽車相反方向，才能留意動向，身上皮包也要靠內側擺放。

另外，警方表示，如果真的遭到歹徒搶劫，為了保護自身安全，女性朋友盡量不要掙扎，但是，一定要記下歹徒的特徵、以及逃逸車號，以便日後警方查緝的方便。

林毅夫：陸經濟保8 先治貪腐

前世界銀行副總裁林毅夫當地時間10日在美國芝加哥說，中國大陸未來20年的經濟成長率有潛力保持年均8%，但達到這一目標則須面臨「調整收入差距過大」和「治理貪污腐敗」的挑戰。

新華社報導，林毅夫在芝加哥向美國中部商界主管及專業人士說明大陸經濟發展趨勢時，作上述表示。

林毅夫說，1978年到2012年，大陸國內生產毛額（GDP）年均成長率為9.8%，「可謂奇跡」。

他指出，經濟成長的本質是不斷地技術更新和工業改造，而大陸身為開發中國家，在這兩方面都有後發優勢。至於未來的發展速度，取決於能否充分利用這些優勢。

報導提到，林毅夫將大陸的情況與台灣、日本、新加坡和南韓從1950到1990年代的發展相比較，以此認為大陸未來20年的經濟成長率，有潛力保持年均8%。

林毅夫說，大陸經濟要達到8%的成長速度，必須面對一些挑戰，包括「調整收入差距過大」和「治理貪污腐敗」，同時要根據自身相對優勢制定經濟發展策略，保持競爭力。

他提到，農業也很重要，因為大陸農業仍僱用大量勞力。但隨著城市化的發展，農業產值占GDP的比重將下降，作用也會降低。
