男以死相逼復合　不顧女友月事來硬塞跳蛋性侵得逞

分手真是一門藝術，許多男女卻往往無法接受，做出讓人無法原諒的事情！一名男子日前因不滿女友提分手，先是以死相逼，之後竟拿出跳蛋性侵，連女友苦苦哀求生理期也不放過，事後還拍下裸照，女方不甘受辱報警提告。高分院16日分依強制性交、恐嚇與妨害自由等各判3年2月和6月徒刑，得易科罰金18萬。

被害女子控訴，她向林男提出分10餘天後，林男因眼疾聯絡她，希望可陪同前往看眼科，被害女子允諾。不料林男卻趁機將被害人載往台中市一間汽車旅館，先是下跪請求原諒，但遭被害人拒絕，林男一怒便打破房內的咖啡杯，手持碎片抵住自己的頸部，威脅「不答應復合我就死給妳看」，女子無奈答應。

之後林男竟要求和對方發關係，女子以生理期到來為由拒絕，林男竟不顧對方意願，用跳蛋強塞被害人下體，並且還下裸照，揚言如再提分手就將裸照PO上網。根據《蘋果日報》報導，女子趁林男睡著時將裸照刪除，並在林男開車送她回家時再提分手並告知已刪裸照，林男老羞成怒，將被害人載回住處強拍裸照得逞。

被害人事後向警方報案，怒控林男性侵、恐嚇和妨害自由等，但林男矢口否認，辯稱2人已經復合，並且是在兩情相悅下發生關係、拍裸照，自己並未限制對方行動。但檢方根據被害人供詞，認為林男行為已違反女性身體及性自主權，判處男子3年徒刑，得易科罰金18萬。

大統添加物疑來自大陸 檢大追查來源究責

大統長基食品公司涉嫌製造黑心油品，經檢方與彰化衛生局追查發現，所添加「銅葉綠素」會危害肝、腎功能外，國內已不再使用的「棉籽油」則會導致不孕，高度懷疑是從中國大陸轉運進口，檢方將擴大追查來源與流向進行究責。

總廠設在彰濱工業區的「大統長基食品公司」，被彰化地檢署查獲涉嫌製造黑心油品事件持續擴大，經檢方與彰化衛生局追查發現，不肖廠商為了讓混充的劣質油品，看起來比較像純正的橄欖、葡萄籽等油品，才會涉嫌違法添加「銅葉綠素」；縣府衛生局長葉彥伯表示，「銅葉綠素」只核准使用在不能吞食的「口香糖」產品，但不得添加在民眾每天都可能食用的油品中，因銅離子難以代謝，長期食用將嚴重危害肝、腎功能。

至於大統公司所添加的劣質油品「棉籽油」，葉彥伯局長表示，雖價格低廉，因根據醫學研究，會危害男性造精功能、導致不孕，在中國大陸還添加在低價油品中，國內各廠商幾乎早已不再使用。

經分析後，彰化衛生局高度懷疑這些混充高級油品的劣質油，原物料可能來自中國大陸、或海外國家轉運進口，已報請檢方擴大追查其來源與流向進行究責，以免劣質油品充斥市場、持續危害國人健康。（攝影：李河錫）

情人塔再營運 需提應變計畫及重新檢測

位在淡水漁人碼頭福容飯店旁的情人塔，16號發生升降設備故障，導致旅客受困事件，由於情人塔是瑞士製造，發生問題時需要瑞士專業技師才能解決，才會造成這次斷電發生時，台灣技師無法馬上修復的窘境，對此新北市政府表示，已經要求廠商自即日起暫時停止營運，必須提交緊急應變計畫及處置報告，而且要經工務局檢測確認設備及營運安全沒有問題後，才能恢復營運。

當初業者斥資3億多，打造全國唯一360度百米旋轉景觀塔，圓形透明座艙可搭載80名乘客，最吸引人的就是能從空中俯瞰淡水河美景；而情人塔是「淡水漁人碼頭休閒專用區觀光旅館及藝術大街」計劃案中的高空觀景台，2009年由福容飯店投資22億元、簽訂50年合約，於2011年5月21號開始正式對外營運。
