【石永豪／台北報導】白松露是饕客每到秋冬爭相追逐的夢幻逸品。台北三二行館搶先於10/10推出頂級白松露饗宴，套餐每位3,800元起／人。主廚Chef Jimmy精選螃蟹、栗子、牛肝菌、黃蘑菇、蠔菇等當季食材，搭配白松露，打造秋季的味覺饗宴；侍酒師則特別針對佳餚挑選6款酒款（2200元／人）。除了來自義大利中部知名酒廠Antinori推出的紅白酒之外，還包括由西班牙廚神Ferran Adria打造，搭配餐點的啤酒，以及麒麟秘藏日本清酒等，是三二行館今年首度的嘗試。
 
而維多麗亞酒店義大利餐廳la FESTA也在11/16及11/23推出2場白松露晚宴，每位7600元起／人（含酒）。

【黃哲民／新北報導】針對塑化劑風暴消費者集體求償判決不如預期，判決金額120萬餘元，僅約求償24億餘元的200分之1，消基會律師徐則鈺今痛批，衛生福利部轄下單位在網站公佈人吃了塑化劑，24小時後就會排出體外，成為被告公司最有力的辯解。徐直說：「這樣非常不恰當！不應該！氣死了！」

徐則鈺說，訴訟期間被告業者提出衛福部食品管理署、國民健康署網站資料，辯解主管機關認為塑化劑吃進人體，會在短期內代謝排出體外，趕緊詢問衛福部為何公布這種資訊。

徐則鈺說，主管機關回覆引用國外動物實驗結果，卻不知如此會造成求償訴訟極大困擾，因法官比較會採信主管機關意見，何況直接把國外動物實驗結果大剌剌擺在官方網站上，「這樣恰當嗎？」

徐則鈺痛批，行政院一方面委託消基會為消費者提告，行政院底下的單位卻扯後腿，他覺得「氣死了」，但消基會一定會幫消費者上訴，並尋求學者專家提供積極證據證明塑化劑對人體會造成何種危害。

【吳傑沐／苗栗報導】苗栗縣苗62線泰安鄉清安村路段，昨下午1時左右發生一起肇逃死亡車禍，老翁葉阿象（82歲）徒步返家途中行經此處，疑身體不適倒臥路面，準備進入泰安溫泉區的同向5部車，第1輛見狀急切到對向車道閃過，第2輛廂型車因未保持安全距離，完全未注意到地上有人，煞車不及直接將老翁輾爆頭身亡，肇事車輛駕駛竟加速逃逸無蹤。

警方昨晚尋獲肇事車輛，赫然是泰安湯悅溫泉會館交通車，肇逃駕駛潘智豪（24歲）說，擔任交通車駕駛工作快滿1年，昨午載客人去火車站搭車，回程路過案發地點時，感覺有壓到東西，但不確定是壓到人，因一時緊張才會逃離現場。

檢警今天近午相驗時，死者兒子氣憤說：「當時後方有多輛車目擊，還是大白天，他沒停車救人，竟還敢開車逃跑，真的很過分！」潘男被依過失致死、肇事逃逸罪嫌移送法辦。
