【簡志偉／嘉義報導】為打造代表鰲鼓濕地新意象，林務局嘉義林區管理處在東石鄉港口大橋下，和東石港口宮前交滙處，規劃施設裝置藝術「生態日晷」，此裝置藝術在去年12月份已完成驗收，即日起正式開放民眾參觀。

林務局嘉義林區管理處表示，「生態日晷」的主體高10公尺，契合鰲鼓強烈的生態意象，結合日晷功能，除能顯示現在時間之外，藉鳥類喙尖指向鰲鼓濕地，展現鰲鼓濕地以自然生態環境為主題，是件極具巧思的裝置藝術作品，值得旅客到此一遊。

【胡守得／台北報導】檢察官評鑑委員會前委員彭文正，上午邀請多名學者專家共同召開記者會，宣布將仿美國「史特拉獎」，成立「台灣司法酷斯拉獎」，並歡迎任何人將過去1年荒謬的起訴或不起訴書、判決書，推薦到7299488@gmail.com（請你救救司法吧）信箱，2個月後截止收件，預定4月1日的愚人節「公開表揚」。
 
司法酷斯拉獎有3獎項，包括「10大酷斯拉判決書」、「10大酷斯拉起訴書」及「終身成『咎』獎」；將綜合網友票選、專家票選的結果，找出得獎者。彭文正嘲諷說：「預計得獎人不會前來領獎，因此將快遞送達且附2個茶葉罐，還會電話詢問收到沒。」彭表示，「盼藉由司法酷斯拉獎的成立，讓檢察官、法官在下筆時，有一個警惕。」
