台灣證券交易所廣邀各界動畫創作者，為指數股票型基金 (ETF)動腦筋，即日起至年底徵求動畫，希望藉由活潑生動的動畫傳播，讓投資大眾更加了解ETF。

證交所表示，幫助投資大眾對 ETF有更深一層的認知及了解，進而將這項金融商品納入投資選項，將陸續推出 ETF推廣及宣導系列活動；本次動畫的創作主題，可以包括ETF介紹、特性、交易方式、投資ETF好處、如何挑選ETF及如何查詢ETF相關資訊等全部或部分內容。

證交所規定，活動可以個人或組隊方式報名參加，參選作品規範為3至5分鐘電腦動畫創作，2D、3D或flash等類型不拘，統一以MPEG4格式壓縮，解析度720x480像素以上的NTSC規格；最後將甄選出6件優秀作品，包括前3名及佳作3名，頒與獎勵金及獎狀，最高獎金新台幣10萬元。

證交所指出，獲獎優秀作品將會安排在證交所網站及投資人知識網播放，並會透過社群網站與投資大眾共同分享。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】東北季風持續影響台灣，北部及東北部天氣偏涼，中部地區因輻射冷卻，今晨平地最低溫是嘉義的17.3度。

中央氣象局預測，東北季風今天將稍減弱，北台灣氣溫略為回升，北部及宜蘭、花蓮地區高溫約25、26度，一整天感覺仍然偏涼；中南部高溫約在28到30度，日夜溫差比較大。

降雨方面，迎風面的東半部及北部地區有些局部的短暫雨，中南部為多雲到晴的穩定天氣。另，海面風浪大，沿海空曠地區及各外島仍有較強陣風出現。

醫學刊物「Medical Daily」報導，哈佛大學研究員所做的一項研究 顯示，男人多吃加工肉類 (像是燻肉)，將顯著降低其精子的品質， 多吃魚，則能提高精子品質。過去的研究則顯示，多吃新鮮蔬菜和水 果，也能提高精子品質。

研究發現，整體而言，每天吃加工肉類超過分配數量一半以上的男子 ，其「正常」精子的數量，明顯低於每天只吃加工肉類分配量一半以 下的男子。

研究員並發現，某些食物似能提高精子品質。研究報告執筆人哈佛公 共衛生學院學者蜜瑞安‧艾費奇 (Myriam Afeiche)說：「我們發現 ，攝取加工肉類會產生降低精子品質的影響，而食用魚類能提高精子 品質。」

這項研究蒐集了156名正在體外授精 (試管嬰兒)過程男子的飲食資料 ，包括他們吃加工肉類、紅肉、白肉、雞鴨肉和魚類的數量。研究報 告在波士頓舉行的美國生殖醫學學會2013年年會上提出。

「華盛頓時報」報導，這項試驗目的是要探索脂肪和含糖食品，是否 像藥物一樣會上癮。研究結論：是。

康乃狄克學院行為神經科學系的主任和教授施羅德 (Joseph Schroeder)說：「我們發現，牠們對Oreos甜餅的需求，跟對古柯鹼 或嗎啡一樣強烈。」

尤其是研究人員發現，這些甜餅跟古柯鹼和嗎啡，都刺激著大腦相同 的快感神經元，只有一個主要分別：Oreos給予的樂趣實際上更加強 烈，它比古柯鹼和嗎啡觸動更多快感神經元。

施羅德說：「總體而言，這項實驗支持了一項假定，高脂肪、高糖食 物在某方面可被視有上癮潛力，與藥物一樣。這可以解釋為甚麼有些 人明知不該吃或明知會上癮，還是停不了口。」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】一對夫妻花費2萬餘元向山富國際旅行社購買香港3天2夜機加酒行程，行程表註明房型是一張大床，入住後卻發現是一張2人同睡會難以翻身的小床，讓他們氣炸。

《蘋果》報導，基隆胡先生投訴，山富在行程表上註明房型是一張大床、無法加床，並附上飯店網址及2張不同床型的照片，但未說明床的尺寸大小，抵達飯店後，進房後才發現房內的床實在很小。胡先生跟老婆2個人睡實在很難平躺，更因無法翻身，睡得腰痠背痛。

對此，山富國際旅行社表示，行程表有附註香港飯店網址，顧客可自行查詢參考。但律師及實際協調此案的消保官均認為，業者提供的床不敷2人使用，已屬《民法》債務不履行，消費者可要求減價。
