亞馬遜（Amazon.com Inc.）會不會是近年來虧損連連的宏達電（hTC）救命丸？根據英國金融時報（Financial Times）報導，亞馬遜將計畫與hTC合作開發智慧型手機，進軍覬覦已久的手機市場。

根據消息人士指出，亞馬遜正與hTC討論開發3款智慧型手機，其中已經有1款進入最終開發階段，接近問世，但正式發表的時間仍未定案，較有可能於明年正式亮相，不過，亞馬遜與hTC均未針對這項傳聞做出回應。

分析人士指出，亞馬遜與hTC的合作，代表亞馬遜可能會採取與Google相似的戰略，選擇與電子大廠合作。以Google為例，先前已曾經與華碩、LG與三星（Samsung）合作，開發Nexus平板電腦與智慧型手機。

但宏達電（hTC）並非首度與知名網路品牌合作，先前，hTC也曾與臉書（Facebook）推出「臉書手機」hTC First，將手機的功能與臉書深度結合，市場反應不佳。

市場分析指出，與亞馬遜的合作，就像是回到hTC多年前為其他公司設計、代工手機的年代。當時，宏達電靠著此模式在市場中崛起，進而創立hTC品牌，如今營運陷入困境的hTC，期盼藉由與亞馬遜的合作，找尋突破點。

蘋果22日發表會 新iPad可望登場

多家科技網站今（16）日凌晨報導指出，蘋果公司已正式對媒體發出邀請函，宣布將在10月22日舉行新產品發表會，邀請函上寫著「We still have a lot to cover」。外界均認為，這次將輪到新iPad登場。

包括《Apple Insider》、《9to5Mac》等科技網站，都在台灣時間16日凌晨報導指出，已收到蘋果22日新產品發表的邀請函，邀請函上飄散著五顏六色的蘋果葉，下方以黑色的字寫著「We still have a lot to cover」。

22日早上10時（台灣時間23日凌晨1時）所舉行的發表會，將在舊金山的芳草地中心（Yerba Buena Center for the Arts）舉行，到時就可知道蘋果到底要推出哪些新產品。

不過科技網站早就預料，這次的新品發表會，蘋果將端出新一代iPad，在外型上，新iPad更薄，攝影能力更為提升，可望配備指紋辨識系統；而迷你iPad（iPad mini），將升級為視網膜螢幕。同時也將一併推出新版Mac個人電腦用作業系統Mavericks、Mac Pro PC等。
