【李英婷／台北報導】今天是國慶日，公民1985行動聯盟上午在立法院前舉行抗議活動，活動約10點55分開始，現場響起「公民歌-你甘溫聽到咱們歌」，並在濟南路上升起公民之眼的「公民旗」，並將朝野兩大黨旗降半旗，象徵「不帶藍綠成見來洞悉真相」的公民覺醒。

大會主持人痛批，國慶日的早上要升旗，但總統府前的國慶大典只是達官顯要的時尚party！

網誌無音樂版:http://www.dtmsimon.com/2013/10/shanpunpun.html 消費日期:2013/08 香噴噴雞肉飯 台中市西屯區福星路535號 營業時間:05-00~15-30 聽說今天是雙十節，大家好像都在放假是嗎? 大家放假冰箱不寫篇新的文章好像對不起大家，那今天來吃雞肉飯好了。 雖然雞肉飯不是很特別，不過這家是冰箱學生時代的回憶，前陣子去發現 還有繼續營業，算一算店史絕對超過20年以上，可以列入老店分類囉。 記得最早好像叫做香噴噴嘉義雞肉飯，現在改招牌直接叫做香噴噴雞肉飯。 坦白說，當年5號月初10號就月底的歲月，省錢是很重要的一環。當年會 找到這家小店就是因為他很便宜。小碗雞肉飯好像當年才15塊，20年後的 今天也不過變成20元，這樣有沒有便宜? 因為不是晚上營業，即使在每天人山人海的逢甲夜市，我想知道的應該沒 幾個。 這天心血來潮騎著機車來到這邊，一個人的午餐點了這一桌，挺豐盛。算 一算全部，有湯有飯有小菜，70元。 桌上的酸菜是免費取用的，記得當年點一碗飯酸菜吃到飽啊!XD 這是小碗的雞肉飯，雖是小碗其實分量還挺夠，雞肉給得也不少。 淋上甜辣醬之後，三兩下就可以把飯給KO。 魯蛋採用鴨蛋製作，基本上已經入味到有點像鐵蛋了，敲香。 白菜滷算是比較弱的一道，但是只要15元，當作補充纖維素吧! 最後這個20元的苦瓜排骨湯，雖然真的是排"骨"，但是喝湯本來就不是要吃 肉也沒差。湯頭加了蔭瓜一起煮，喝起來甘甘甜甜的挺不錯。 這就是冰箱當年窮酸時期的營養補給站，給大家參考喔! -- 南北貨俱樂部: FB粉絲團:http://www.facebook.com/dtmsimoncook 電冰箱的吃喝玩樂誌:http://www.dtmsimon.com 線上廚藝教室:http://cook.dtmsimon.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.45.14

總統馬英九今天說，台灣經濟須重新定位，打造成為「自由經濟島」，除全面融入區域經濟整合外，並加速推動自由經濟示範區。

中華民國中樞暨各界慶祝102年國慶大會上午在總統府前廣場舉行，馬總統以「堅定方向 團結奮進 開創國家新局」為題發表演說。

總統在演說呼籲，台灣經濟正面臨全球化與區域整合的雙重挑戰，「我們必須重新定位」，一方面讓台灣成為國際經濟體系中關鍵元件和精密設備的提供者，與服務業創新模式的開發者，另一方面要參與全球競爭，吸引全球投資，拓展商品和服務輸出的市場，讓台灣成為「自由經濟島」。

他說，政府正在整合產學資源，積極開發10項工業基礎技術，讓它們在國內生根，成為產業未來創新升級的基礎；更積極協助許多廠商轉型為「中堅企業」，不僅發展出關鍵技術，也逐步建立在國際供應鏈的「隱形冠軍」。

總統強調，台灣要成為「自由經濟島」，一方面要全面融入區域經濟整合，另一方面要快速推動「自由經濟示範區」。

不過，他說，「現在我們面臨的，不是『要不要』的問題，而是『我們已經落後其他國家很遠』的問題」。
