新聞網址：http://ppt.cc/ekoE 馮凱:不如取消輔導金 各自找錢 作者： 林志勳╱台北報導 | 中時電子報 – 2013年10月10日 上午5:30 中國時報【林志勳╱台北報導】 文化部長龍應台９日邀電影業者、導演、學者，針對《電影法》修法草案舉行首次公聽會 ，其中提議「電影票價提撥５％作為電影事業發展基金」最受爭議，現場戲院業者向她訴 苦，台灣電影環境這幾年稍稍改善，戲院面臨租金昂貴、水電雙漲、數位化與更新設備壓 力，貿然實施新法，戲院無力吸收下，勢必將轉嫁民眾，降低民眾買票看國片的意願。 國片票房仍不穩定 秀泰影城董事長廖治德分析，台灣電影在民國99年總票房不到58億，101年因《賽德克． 巴萊》、《那些年，我們一起追的女孩》成長到77億，去年又掉下來，國片仍不穩定，呼 籲龍「向立法院爭取預算」，中華影視界聯合總會理事長王應祥也說：「為了這５％，全 台灣電影相關行業都賠上划不來。」 關鍵在於財政困難 「向立法院爭取預算」不少業者支持，龍應台解釋：「關鍵不在立法院，在政府財政困難 。」她說，英國電影產業一年預算30億，台灣輔導金僅3.59億，法國徵收電影稅11％用於 電影補助。但台北市影片商業同業公會理事長陳俊榮指出，法國一般稅率高達19％，票價 抽稅相對低，業者可接受，但在台灣５％很高。 導演馮凱建議取消輔導金制度，不要徵收電影票價５％，「3.59億輔導金專門用在培養專 業技術人員上，取消輔導金制度，要拍電影大家自己找錢。」文化部表示同時研擬文化藝 術獎助條例，將納入藝文消費含電影消費可抵稅的配套措施。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.51.137 ※ 編輯: seiyafang 來自: 1.34.51.137 (10/10 10:56)

因為第一集對劉德華先入為主的印象 讓我對趙又廷沒什麼期待(看完後 也是如此 哈) 不過剛好有人揪就一起去看看嘍 我看的是一般數位版 感覺的出來有滿多地方是要弄給3D的啦 像茶杯阿 暗器阿等等一直飛出來 只是不知道效果如何 也可能是看2D板的關係 一 開始的船和旁邊的海感覺有股落差感..像KEY上去一樣 讓我有點無言 不過後面大戰海怪那邊就還OK了 說到那隻海怪 真的是死的很憋屈耶 明明戰力差不只百倍吧(百倍奉還!) 卻被幾隻小魚給毒死..而且見效的超快啦啦啦啦!!!!我還以為最後一艘船 也要弄沉了 正在想他們要怎麼回去:1.打電話請其他海軍過來載 2.太平 洋沒加蓋 3.為什麼不騎騎神奇白馬呢? 結果海怪就給我放手啦!!!!(海怪 :我給你最後的疼愛是手放開…) 不過這段有兩個可看之處就是真金哥跟神奇白馬 在真金哥說這匹馬可以在 水中來去自如時我就相當期待 揪境是可以跑在水面上 還是比一般馬游泳 (頭會在水面上)快十倍呢? 沒想到都不是 竟然直接給我潛到水裡阿!!!出 乎我意料之外 不過看的我大笑就是 真金哥也非常的帥氣 我心中的第一男主角就是他啦!!只見他彈射出去 大 概有七層樓的高度 正面對上大他百倍的海怪 一箭射爆眼球後就停在上面 跟著掉到海裡 在海怪從水中噴起打算用龐大的身軀壓垮船時腳下忽地發力 利用作用力與反作用力將海怪踢開 讓船平安無事 自己也順勢飛回船上 端的是帥氣無比! 而且真金哥在裡面超‧級‧愛‧擺‧ＰＯ‧ＳＥ‧ 他超愛飛來飛去後急煞 車 一手向上或向後的定格讓攝影機拍 有沒有這麼帥啦XDDDD 整個大理寺也 受他影響 每個人一定要跑個酷 就是不肯好好走路..印象最深的是去搜茶樓 那邊吧 明明可以好好的從桌子上下來 卻一定要來個側翻…旁邊的狄仁傑表 示無言好吧我猜他也很想翻 只是實力不夠XD(狄:我只想take a break…) 說到實力不夠 另一個覺得真金哥才是主角的理由就是他超強!一開始傑哥連 拐賣人口的頭子都打不過 而真金哥輕輕鬆鬆就幹掉他們 之後面對鬼面人 拐杖人 大海怪等等也都是真金哥大出鋒頭 傑哥只會在旁邊用一號表情講旁 白而已 這部的亮點絕對就是逗趣的真金哥啦!不只能打還能搞笑 一開始那邊想摸人 家臉被發現超窘 只好在離開前講一句莫名其妙的話想虧妹 結果人家根本不 理他XD 後來還寫書法寫到見笑轉生氣亂畫 哪來的小朋友啦XDDDD 以一部偵探片的劇情去看這片普普而已 但以一部喜劇片去看這部我給相當高 的評價!!!!!值得推薦(真金哥)! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.2.202.40
