今年16歲、具有華人血統的泰國女星斑斑（PunPun），最近在新片《我死在去年夏天》穿上清純高中制服，清新可愛的模樣被網友認為激似初出道的林依晨，因而贏得「泰國林依晨」封號。
斑斑14歲就因恐怖片《陰地》獲「泰國金天鵝電影獎」最佳女配角獎肯定，是泰國最大電影公司「GTH」力捧的明日之星，首次挑大樑主演恐怖片《我死在去年夏天》，甫在泰國上映當週就創下2千萬台幣的驚人票房，是泰國今年至今最賣座的恐怖片。

在片中飾演模範生的斑斑，面對母親的漠不關心及姊妹淘好友的意外致死，看似開朗的外表下，內心卻有著波濤洶湧的情緒起伏及不能說的祕密，精湛內斂的演技，被泰國媒體視為問鼎「泰國金天鵝電影獎」最佳女主角的大熱門。
她也因《我》片入選釜山影展，首度踏上國際舞台，在8日的午夜放映場次，登台問候觀眾，大方分享拍片心情。斑斑笑說拍戲時最驚嚇的就是每場戲幾乎都跟變成鬼魂的姊妹淘在一起，至於最困難的就是詮釋「哭戲」，一場發生在學校屋頂上的戲，必須哭整整兩個小時，但因為自己並不愛哭，所以演起來相當困難。

除了電影在釜山影展大受好評，斑斑笑容甜美、親切力十足的形象，更被韓國觀眾認為猶如宋慧喬的翻版，讓斑斑受寵若驚，直說：「感謝韓國觀眾的厚愛，希望台灣觀眾也能喜歡這部電影！」《我死在去年夏天》將於11月8日在台上映。
