這是一個資訊傳播快速的時代（速度），也是一個社群媒體當道的時代（廣度）。兩項特性相輔相成的結果，就是一個品牌可能在瞬間崛起或衰退；而不管是好事或者壞事，肯定都會傳遍千里。

因此，每當商家、明星或政治人物爆發危機事件時，允許他們做出正確判斷、採取正確行動的時間越來越短。最後釀成巨大災難的，往往不是「危機」本身，而是錯誤的「危機處理」。

不論是沒有在第一時間說出事實，還是錯失了道歉的黃金時間點，錯誤的危機處理就像一股擴大民怨、火上加油的「作用力」，隨之而來的「反作用力」總是帶來更大的傷害。

不只發生在危機處理，「作用力」與「反作用力」的道理也出現在銷售活動的許多環節。

舉例來說，業務員強烈的推銷意圖是一種作用力，顧客感受到壓力之後，就形成一股抗拒和排斥的反作用力。因為「推銷」是一種從「賣方」角度來定義的動詞，銷售成績的高低和「買方」一點關係也沒有。所以一切以自我為中心的業務員，註定無法建立真誠、長久的顧客關係。

又或者，當顧客拋出反對意見，例如對價格的不滿、對品質或服務的挑剔等，缺乏耐性的業務員會急著反駁。殊不知顧客在負面情緒籠罩的當下，越多的解釋（作用力）只會帶來越多的反感（反作用力）。相反的，我們應該先展現同理心，找出與顧客的交集點和共鳴處。釋放「正向作用力」的業務員，比較有機會接收到來自顧客的善意。

NTT DoCoMo在「日本高新技術博覽會（CEATEC JAPAN）2013」會場展示了利用頭戴式顯示器（HMD）實現的多種用途，包括能用透射型眼鏡式顯示器觀看大螢幕電影的「空手看電影」、可將用戶看到的外語做即時翻譯等。

它可以和智慧手機互動，將畫面顯示於眼鏡中，NTT DoCoMo介紹說，「攜帶智慧手機或平板電腦又重又不方便。戴上智慧眼鏡的話，就能解決這個問題。我們的目標是實現始終佩戴『智慧眼鏡』的世界」。

「空手看電影」是攜帶眼鏡式HMD、在任何地方都能欣賞大螢幕電影，這會成為讓用戶想要佩戴眼鏡的契機。NTT DoCoMo表示，「索尼等已推出的沉浸型顯示器適合在室內欣賞影像，而可以看到周圍景象的透射型顯示器適合隨時帶在身上使用」。

另外，還有用HMD的攝影鏡頭捕捉用戶看到的事物並提供相關資訊的展示。例如，用戶看到外語文字的菜單時，就會在螢幕上即時翻譯顯示成日文。展示時使用了美國Vuzix公司開發的HMD，用HMD進行文字識別，然後將識別結果發送給NTT DoCoMo的「即時翻譯」伺服器，將其轉換成日文。

此外，只要事先登錄指定人物的長相與名片資訊後，戴上眼鏡看到對方，透過人臉辨識，便會顯示對方名字及公司名稱，還可以透過快遞單據識別郵政編碼並顯示費用和地址。NTT DoCoMo認為，用戶剛開始戴智慧眼鏡時，主要用途是顯示此類簡單資訊。

作為戴上智慧眼鏡後可像智慧手機或平板電腦一樣來處理資訊的用戶界面方案，NTT DoCoMo此次提出了「任何物品都能當界面」和「空間界面」。前者的構思是，不需要攜帶平板電腦等設備，而是將紙質筆記本等身邊的物品當作螢幕使用，可以使用透射型HMD，在這些物體上重疊顯示電腦的畫面，並直接將筆記本當作觸控螢幕使用。

為了識別用戶的手部動作，除了用HMD配備的攝影鏡頭檢測手指的位置之外，還讓用戶戴上內嵌加速度感測器的戒指來檢測手指動作。空間界面方面，用戶戴上眼鏡後，可以用手操作懸浮在空中的虛擬角色「DoCoMo蘑菇」，與它互動，並能用手放大懸浮在空中的圖標。（記者：今井 拓司，《日經電子》）

標題[請益] 2D平面繪圖在CPU跟顯卡的選擇

標題[問題] 小米2S電量問題

除了玩candy crush會很耗電之外 在這之前還沒灌MO PTT 前幾天灌好MO PTT 只要手機有開過MO PTT的話 設定電量那邊 ANDROID系統吃電的%很快就會占據第一(平常是螢幕第一) 但如果重開機的話 只要我不開MO PTT 電量那邊的ANDROID系統吃電量就不會很大 想請問這是MO PTT本身的問題嗎 還是小米2S耗電量就這麼兇? 另外我手機ANDROID版本是4.1.1 JRO03L MIUI系統是JLB17.0 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.26.64.102

標題[請益] 大省續約預算5k 購機or洗機?

閃光最近想把用了兩年的mozart換掉 礙於預算不高(最多最多5k) 閃光不太玩遊戲，手機大概就是拿來上網fb跟line 最大的需求大概就是拍照吧! 還有就是我私心希望續航力可以高一點(她手機一直沒電) 另外她不想再用wp了 看了一下大省方案5k以內的手機 好像只有sharp那兩隻還ok? (in610她不喜歡) 也有想過去隔壁板洗機 買小米2s 或紅米(臺灣到底會不會上啊qq) 不知道版友還有沒有推薦哪幾隻呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.161.224.12

picblock忘了密碼...
我安裝picblock,也設密碼卻忘了,無法移除它,

我試過強制刪檔方式,變成無法上網,只好再安裝它,依然忘了密碼,也無法改變或移除密碼...請問如何處理?

官網上說若忘記密碼,沒有任何方式改變或移除密碼...

現在picblock擋網站擋的比"色情守門員"還兇...
