標題[問題] 左晚到今早空氣有塑膠化學類異味

最近搬家 左晚開始空氣中有一股味道 好像塑膠燃燒的味道 又像是燃燒某些化學纖維的味道 一開始以為關窗戶一陣子而已 後來間歇開窗戶都一直聞到 整晚過後早上一開窗戶超級濃的 但是問一些早上遇到社區的人說聞不出來 就在同一環境 有一些人說有聞到但是有些人也說沒聞到? 早上上班經過家附近的 延平路三段的新光合成纖維 一聞 發現是一模一樣的味道 請問有住在附近的也是常聞到嗎？ 想說剛搬新家 就遇到這味道 不知道是常態釋放的還是剛好昨天遇到 好像有些人對這類的味道不敏感 但是我想不管聞不聞的出來(因為他是一種很特殊的味道) 都會吸進去人體內～化學類的東西～久而久之 就不知道會出什麼問題！有點怕怕啊！ >___※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.30.37.5

【林奐成╱綜合報導】中國國家主席習近平，昨晚在印尼峇里島與澳洲總理艾伯特會面。習近平邀請對方在明年訪問中國，而艾伯特則強調，中國崛起對世界有利，希望持續深化兩國關係。
 
據中央社報導，艾伯特昨前往峇里島參加亞太經濟合作會議（APEC），與習近平會談時說，中澳兩國快速發展的經貿關係，能夠幫助澳洲更繁榮，期盼未來經貿來往更多元。
 
習近平則先祝賀艾伯特贏得國會大選，期盼中澳更加緊密合作，有助於活絡亞太地區關係。習並邀請艾伯特明年訪問中國，艾伯特則回應，計畫在明年率領企業領袖、經貿代表等人，出訪中國。

調查：近7成家屬擔憂老人重複用藥 【蔡明樺／台北報導】台灣步入高齡化社會，台灣醫療改革基金會今公布最新「老人陪病家屬痛苦指數調查」結果，近7成家屬擔憂老人重複用藥，而陪同老人就醫的5大辛酸依序為：重複用藥真藥命（68.4％）、耗時費力陪病難（58％）、老人吃藥常搞錯（38.9％）、多科看診困擾多（36.1％）及自費項目霧煞煞（31.9％）。

醫改會批，健保砸15億元試辦整合門診，老人就醫痛苦卻不見改善，應儘速落實老年整合醫療。

醫改會委託民調公司，針對全台22縣市隨機抽樣電訪1004位老人家屬陪同就醫的經驗，發現逾半家屬擔心老人重複用藥、耗時陪病看診。 醫改會執行長劉淑瓊表示，台灣65歲以上老年人口有264萬人，健保自2009年啟動「門診整合照護試辦計畫」，卻只照護約17萬老人，不到全台7％的老年人口，且台南、高雄等地逾85％的家屬，不知利用整合門診解決老人多科看診、重複用藥的痛苦；另一項健保推動9年的「家庭醫師整合性照護計畫」，已編83億經費，調查卻發現僅17.8％的老人家屬知道有這項服務。

衛福部醫院評鑑要求看診時醫護人員須詢問或要求患者提供最近的用藥資料，但此調查發現，有2成家屬表示從未遇過，每4位高齡病患家屬僅1位表示醫護人員每次都會詢問用藥史。醫改會董事長劉梅君批，銀髮族的「藥」命危機，與健保IC卡推動用藥登錄與查詢成效不彰有關，應儘速建置雲端藥庫。

【陳建彰／台北報導】台股上周創下波段新高後，今天隨著亞股拉回修正，指數也呈現震盪整理格局，早盤維持盤下游走，不過，包括造紙、紡織及資產股表現相對強勢，台新投顧研究部協理黃文清表示，短期大盤偏多格局不變，其中傳產金融股較有表現機會，電子股則須觀察10月中下旬的法說狀況而定。
 
黃文清指出，雖然今天大盤呈現震盪拉回走勢，但造紙、紡織類股指數盤中漲幅各逾4%及2%，表現相對強勢，主要除了對季報的預期、旺季效應需求，金管會對上市櫃公司不動產擬改採市價入帳，也是激勵類股走勢的利多之一，包括資產股表現相對活潑。
 
他認為，過去經驗顯示，中秋節過後到新年期間，非電子股走勢會優於電子股，在資金行情推升下，短線指數還是有挑戰8500點實力，年底前還有進一步墊高的空間，尤其近年來國慶日過後1季，指數上漲機率高達66%，接下來觀察重點包括美國財報周及舉債上限，預料應可順利過關，台股方面則是中下旬的財報及法說會，短線仍以傳產金融股為主，電子股則要觀察法說展望而定，最快11、12月也會跟進表態。

美國政府關門近一周後，美國眾議院議長貝納表示，他不希望美國出現債務違約，但如果歐巴馬總統拒絕談判政府支出，不做出讓步，他將不會批準提高債務上限。這意味共和黨與白宮間的談判僵局將延續。

據《華爾街日報》報導，貝納日前公開指責歐巴馬總統拒絕與共和黨談判，並稱共和黨不會批準一份毫不涉及如何解決財政根本問題的政府支出計劃。對此，美國財政部長盧傑克表示，國會此舉是在「玩火」，強調歐巴馬不會讓國會用債務違約作威脅，迫使政府做出改變。

消息傳出後，今天美國道瓊期貨盤下跌82點，連帶亞股都呈觀望態勢普遍下挫。至台北時間上午10點40分左右，台股跌17.45點，韓股跌2.6點，日經、恆生指數則重挫逾百點。不過國際資金持續匯集至東北亞，新台幣早盤一度升值逾1.5角。
