多年做人失敗　英女戒麵包後懷孕

【林奐成╱綜合外電報導】英國一名渴望生子的37歲女子，結婚多年來「做人」不成，沒想到戒吃麵包後，立即懷孕。

英國《每日郵報》報導，37歲的茱莉康明絲（Julie Cummings），2004年認識大她13歲的丈夫，一年之後他們嘗試生個孩子，但試了9個月都不成功。醫生檢查出她有多囊性卵巢症，病徵包括月經稀疏或停止、慢性無排卵、不孕等。

康明絲向生育診所求助並吃藥2年，依然無法懷孕。她準備接受人工受孕，同時見了一名營養師。一經檢查，營養師發現她因為念珠菌感染，導致停經等問題，叫她戒吃含酵母的食物，例如麵包，她同時也戒了馬鈴薯等食物。

戒吃含酵母食物果然有效。2010年3月，康明絲半年來首次來了月經，一個月後更懷孕了。翌年，她的女兒出生。她最近向媒體分享這個經驗。

九月政爭　李永明：馬幕僚實在太弱

【葉國吏／綜合報導】馬英九啟動九月政爭，想一舉鬥垮王金平，但馬先生只有戰鬥沒有戰略，幕僚欠缺18套劇本，節節敗退是可以預期的。李永明坦言，馬英九幕僚實在太弱。

逢甲大學航太與系統工程系副教授李永明在《蘋果日報》論壇版，發表《馬英九幕僚實在太弱》一文中表示，馬英九原以為他自己穩贏的，卻被王金平的法律訴訟逼進困境；國民黨不僅輸了2次法律戰，還引發黨內反馬勢力反撲；江宜樺涉嫌以行政權干預立法權；馬英九、黃世銘與特偵組可能涉嫌違憲、違法；馬江黃羅被約談；馬英九民調只剩9.2％；民進黨可能提彈劾、倒閣及罷免案；民怨更加沸騰，到處嗆馬等等。

李永明認為，以馬英九的個性，他會不會學藺相如相忍為國，撤回所有告訴，專心國政，國人的答案恐不樂觀，所以馬英九以後若有更勁爆的想法或作法，也就不足為奇了。

九月政爭後，總統馬英九與立法院長王金平至今仍「王不見王」，但在雙十國慶這天，兩人不但將首度碰面，根據國慶統籌會的規劃，兩人可能有3次的互動機會，屆時該如何應對進退備受外界矚目。

今年國慶大會將於上午10點開始，兩人會面的第一個時機點，就是王金平將以國慶籌備會主委身分進入總統府，邀請總統步入會場，依照過往慣例，總統伉儷都會走在前頭，王則跟在後面，國防部聯合樂隊與三軍儀隊則行致敬禮。

接著第二個時間點，是馬總統上台致詞前與致詞結束後，按規劃都會和王金平致意，特別是致詞結束後，還要讓王金平引導回到坐位。

最後是大家入座觀禮時，兩人的座位中間只隔著總統夫人周美青，在長達50分鐘的表演活動中，都有可能進行簡單交談與寒暄，總統離席時，按照慣例也要和現場貴賓握手致意，這也是兩人在大會上最後一次互動。按照既定規劃，就算馬王刻意迴避，75分鐘的活動中，至少會有3次互動機會，兩人一舉一動勢必蓋過大會所有表演項目與內容。

此外，王金平也如以往，將於國慶當天接見宴請外賓慶賀團團，不過有媒體質疑，今年王金平接見的團數過少，質疑安排活動的外交部刻意「排王」。對此外交部表示，它們尊重王金平職務，目前已告知外賓團相關訊息，做法保證與過去一樣，完全按照正常程序處理。

國民黨在5日發表聲明，總統馬英九宣布不再對立法院長王金平的假處分案提出抗告，被外界一度是為「破冰」的契機。聲明稿卻仍出現「政務照推，訴訟照打」的字樣，不少立委認為是玩兩面手法。但國民黨立委林郁方出面澄清，他表示曾和馬通過電話，所謂的「訴訟照打」是指本訴由王金平提出，國民黨是被告無法撤訴，還得等王金平主動撤訴。

藍營宣布不再對王金平的假處分案提出抗告，當時外界一度認為是釋出善意，但聲明稿卻強調訴訟照打，連部分藍營立委都解讀好像是「一手拿橄欖枝、一手拿劍」。

對此林郁方出面轉述，他提到前晚曾和馬英九通過電話，黨決定不再提抗告上訴，「當然就是友善之意」；至於所謂的「訴訟照打」，指的是這場民事官司的「確保黨籍之訴」，而這場訴訟是由王金平所提出，國民黨是被告無法撤訴，主動權在於王金平，如果王金平不撤訴，國民黨只能被動參與訴訟。

面對林郁方這樣的說法，同黨立委羅淑蕾不解地說「應該是國民黨要先撤銷對王金平的處分吧？」這場紛爭的開端是因為黨要撤銷王金平的黨籍，他也不會因此提出黨員資格存在的訴訟。呂學樟也認為，黨內沒查清楚就撤銷王金平黨籍，他當然得走司法途徑解決。

林郁方則指出，站在國民黨的立場，王金平的黨籍問題，能以黨內機制來處理比較好，畢竟馬英九希望能回到黨內機制處理，當然這也得要王金平放棄訴訟。

標題[請益] 台中哪裡有鐘點費便宜的駕訓班?

我已經有學習駕照 可以直接考 但是大肚監理所那個S型真的很難通過 倒車入庫跟路邊停車也不是很有自信 (比駕訓班考場難度高了許多) 已經挑戰失敗兩次了 所以想去駕訓班 但是窮人沒辦法報整期的… 再加上自己其實已無照開車開快十年 實在不需重頭練 想請問台中有沒有便宜點的駕訓班鐘點費？ 我在建國南路這邊的問 一小時要九佰…超貴 另外可以透過買鐘點費 有消費過 就可以在駕訓班原地考照嗎？ 謝謝 -- ※ 編輯: LamLooIng 來自: 61.223.29.163 (10/07 07:34)

台股盤前─外資急匯入比雨水還急 光學元件股將引領行情

侵襲台灣的颱風「菲特」帶來豐沛的雨水但並未造成傷亡事件，而目前湧入台灣的海外資金比驟雨還急，在資金匯入並且進入股市買股的動能推升之下，台北股市出現罕見的逾1000億元大量，國泰證期顧問處協理簡伯儀指出，依目前的台北股市量能維持1000億元附近量能水準的演出之下，集中市場加權股價指數應不難突破8439點的今年高點。

外資證券商交易室主管仍緊盯新台幣匯率的的走勢，外資交易室主管強調，就新台幣匯率量價走勢而言，顯示仍有海外資金持續匯進台灣，這樣的態勢也對台北股市的發展有利。

就近期在台北股市集中交易市場走勢偏弱的電子類股而言，市場的資金輪動就是輪不到這個過去熱門族群的身上，但由股王大立光(3008-TW)、新鉅科(3630-TW)率先公布的營收來看，都顯示光學元件類股在9月都有表現；包括大立光5日上午公布其2013年9月營收為26.53億元，創2013年以來單月營收新高，並較2012年同月17.99億元成長47.53%，較上月的24.06億元成長10.3%。

大立光的手機鏡頭組配合美商蘋果公司iPhone 5C及iPhone 5S新款手機上市銷售的出貨放量之下，其9月營收以26.53億元且月成長達10.53%，創今年新高，仍符合法人預期。大立光2013年的第3季營收呈現逐月成長，其單季營收並達到71.6億元，並且比第2季的58.58億元成長22.23%，也創下單季歷史次高。而新鉅科在9月營收達到5.61億元，也較去年同月大幅成長307.95%。

同時，在上周六早晨收盤的美股主要數據部分，道瓊工業平均指數收高76.10點或0.51%至15072.58。Nasdaq指數收高33.41點或0.89%至3807.75。S&P 500指數收高11.84點或0.71%至1690.50。費城半導體指數收高3.92點或0.79%至497.72。

證券分析師李政穎今晨強調，國際熱錢匯入強化股匯熱情表態給國人在光輝10月觀賞，台股上周多頭氣勢銳不可擋，大盤在技術面轉強且均線呈現多頭排列，預估短線上台股行情可望延續，加上國際股市仍屬高檔強勢，此波行情已在啟動，未來是否有機會勢如破竹般的上攻，仍需價量配合得宜，行情可多加期待，短線大盤將會以類股輪動上攻模式表態，而美國財政懸崖在月中前仍有明顯干擾，操作上可佈局各類股龍頭標的為首選，逢低承接。

台北股市集中市場加權股價指數4日收盤指數收在8364.55點，較前一日上漲5.53點或0.07%，成交量928.91億元。

台達電空拍電影《看見台灣》11/1全台上映

由台達電(2308)文教基金會贊助導演齊柏林拍攝的台灣首部空拍電影紀錄片《看見台灣》，於10月5日舉行公益特映會，邀請能源教育合作推廣學校師生及公益夥伴搶先試片，這部紀錄片從高空視角忠實呈現台灣山川景色的雄偉壯闊，與家園受創的怵目景象，欲傳遞守護台灣家園環境與善待土地的理念。試片現場並使用台達共4萬流明高階視訊投影與900吋大螢幕播放，將空拍影像畫面傳遞給每一位觀眾，這部片也即將於11月1日於全台戲院上映。

台達基金會董事長鄭崇華表示，3年前第一次看到齊柏林導演以高空俯視的空拍手法，重新詮釋台灣美景，相當驚艷。之後，更對於他毅然辭去公職、放棄退休金，傾全力專心拍攝影片的熱情與勇氣而感動。此外，齊導演傳達的環保意涵則與台達基金會長期致力於推行環境保護與節能教育十分相符，因此，台達基金會決定率先贊助第一筆電影拍攝經費，讓拍攝計畫得以順利進行，並希望藉此拋磚引玉，鼓勵更多人加入支持台灣首部空拍電影計畫。同時，也經由此次公益特映會的舉辦，推廣台達基金會節能教育的理念。

此外，台達電董事長海英俊則強調，「環保 節能 愛地球」是台達的經營使命。2010至2012年間台達高效率的節能產品，利用電力電子的核心技術，總計為客戶減少了93億度(kWh)的用電量，相當於為地球降低500萬公噸的碳排放，透過各種節能解決方案的開發與綠能科技，台達也呼應了《看見台灣》影片中，為保護環境與永續生存展現的具體行動。

《看見台灣》導演齊柏林表示，感謝台達提供第一筆也是最主要的電影資助經費，讓《看見台灣》紀錄片得以順利展開拍攝計畫，而投入將近3年的時間、累積400小時的直升機飛行時數，終於順利完成該片，同時這部片也即將於11月1日於全台戲院上映。他強調，希望《看見台灣》能夠讓全台各地的朋友看見，也冀透過影片的傳播讓更多人換個視野認識台灣，並重新思考如何守護台灣這片珍貴的土地。
