餐廳名稱：Masala Art 印度香料王 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：台北市忠孝東路六段439巷2號(內外標題皆請附上地區！) 電話：不知 營業時間： 到晚間九點半 每人平均價位： 490元吃到飽 可否刷卡：不知 有無包廂：不知 推薦菜色：牛羊雞肉香料咖哩 香料奶茶 坦督李烤雞 這家印度香料王是由朋友的推薦去試試看的 個人試過回來覺得相當不錯 想在這邊推薦給喜歡印度菜的朋友 個人覺得 這間店的料理水準是跟香料屋同等級的 而且比起香料屋調整過口味以便符合台灣人喜好(加了比較多的奶油) 這家餐廳個人認為是更道地的印度料理 擺脫了奶油的束縛 口味更有層次 牛羊雞肉咖哩的味道 都各自有不同的獨特豐富 店裡的香料奶茶也是我非常喜愛的 奶味 茶味 還有香料的組合非常非常的完美 甜度夠但是不會有澀味 真的非常的推薦! 這間店最大的缺點 大概就是裝潢吧XD 裝潢走印度風 以一般年輕人的眼光來看 真的是有點俗氣 門口看起來會覺得怪怪的 感覺不像高級餐廳 有點像理容喀拉OK 但以一個饕客來講 最重要的還是要好吃 這點我覺得這間店是值得推薦的 價位方面 這間店 單點的價錢跟香料屋差不多貴 但目前周五六日晚上有buffet只要490吃到飽喔! 連飲料還有奶茶都可以無限暢飲 菜色方面 我這兩周去吃了兩次 菜單不同 但大概是 牛或羊肉咖哩 雞肉咖哩 烤雞(兩次不同口味做法) 薑黃/蔬菜飯 三道不同做法的素咖哩 另外還有現做的烤餅 咖哩方面 兩次去沒有重複的菜 可見chef算是有料 飲料方面 就奶茶跟瓶裝汽水 不過我都喝奶茶啦 真的很好喝! 老闆還有chef人都是很nice的印度人 chef的話通英文可以聊聊 老闆則是會講中文(老闆還蠻帥的XD) 用餐過程中 兩位會不時出來問你合不合口味 有沒有需要甚麼服務 菜沒有了也會馬上現做絕不拖拉 感覺算蠻好的 結論: 由於出差的緣故 在許多地方都吃過印度咖哩 原因一方面是自己的喜愛 另一方面咖哩在歐美算是較為低價的餐廳 這間香料王在國外應該可以算得上是大城市人氣印度餐廳的水準 (我指食物 裝潢除外XD) 在台灣的話 以我吃過的店裡面 排行也是非常靠前的 尤其是buffet 490撐到隔天中午相當划算 推薦喜歡咖哩的朋友試試看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.109.16.164
