今年來，從誠品生活到霹靂國際，陸續變成文創概念股，股價表現優於科技業，但也因「壓寶」特性而有風險。

九月三十日，號稱「最純」的文創股霹靂國際，以一百零二元登錄興櫃，「素還真」從武林跨進資本市場，首日盤中股價衝上兩百元以上，最高還到二百一十元。

若以霹靂國際去年每股稅後淨利四．六七元來看，本益比高達四十倍。事實上，不僅霹靂，包括已上櫃的誠品生活，與另一檔興櫃股華研國際唱片所形成的文創類股，堪稱目前台灣資本市場中，本益比光環僅次於生技股的族群。

過去，台股的光環落在科技族群，接蘋果訂單的鴻海董事長郭台銘一出馬，就是股價的保證；但在科技產業進入成熟期、面臨轉型壓力後，資本市場都在追求新題材，現在「素還真」打敗郭台銘現象，代表資本市場資金正在轉移的趨勢。

只是，這些文創類股，憑什麼成為市場新寵，股價能夠站上三位數？

賣「唯一」

台灣特有，難找到第二個

獨特性，是高價文創類股的第一個門檻。不管是素還真或一頁書，出現在戲劇中，或代言產品，均帶有角色個性，自然創造個人魅力；況且布袋戲是「台灣特有種」，有題材獨特性，「很難找到第二個霹靂，」一位投資霹靂的金控公司協理點出霹靂高股價的原因。

反之，鴻海生產的機殼，就算顏色從黑色變成多彩的馬卡龍色，依舊是機殼。「晶圓換家生產還是晶圓，但人與品牌的養成的確有背景不同而發展不同的特殊性，自然就將市場區隔開來。」專精文創鑑價的勤業眾信會計師李紹平分析。

一次性成本的特色，也是推升原因。科技業的成長模式，若要擴大營收，相對要花費一倍成本；但對文創業來說，第一次製作資本支出很高，但僅花一次，之後就可以靠授權衍生產品，帶動未來營收成長。

當台灣銷售冠軍對上全球王牌車款，兩方攻防各有盤算，唯一相同的是，不管是誰，眼前都有一場硬仗要打。

今年十月，國內車市將掀起近年最激烈的戰火！

兩軍主帥，分別是裕隆集團執行長嚴凱泰，以及和泰汽車總經理蘇純興。對決的戰場，則是占新車市場逾兩成，各車廠視為兵家必爭之地的國產中型房車市場。

十月二十四日，裕隆日產將發表最新款Sentra中型房車，以「國產車史上銷售冠軍」為訴求，喚起消費者熟悉感，是這款在台累計銷售逾四十六萬輛新車的賣點，也是未來三年內，裕隆集團拉抬市占率最重要的一張牌，不過卻和對手狹路相逢。和泰預定十月七日發表豐田全球最暢銷的王牌車系Altis新改款，藉以壓制對手氣勢。「這部車原定明年初才上市，確實提早一季發表！」和泰管理本部協理謝富來表示。

表面上，這場車市PK大戰，只是日產與豐田，旗下重量級產品的銷售戰火，但是深一層看，卻是兩軍皆輸不起的國內車壇「一哥」保衛戰。

出馬護駕明星產品回巢

回顧過去十年，國內車市市占率變化（見圖），二○○六年是分水嶺。這一年，和泰以旗下的Toyota、Lexus兩大品牌，占據國內新車市場三○％，自此超越裕隆集團（編按：同一年度，隸屬裕隆的Mitsubishi、Nissan，市占率分為一六％、一一％），成為車市新霸主。

而這一年，恰也是裕隆日產Sentra，結束上一個世代產品週期，退出市場的時間點。一定程度來說，過去七年，裕隆在最重要的國產中型房車市場，少了Sentra明星產品擔綱，給足對手和泰坐大機會。也難怪，這回Sentra重返市場，嚴凱泰不但親自向經銷體系下達動員令，更密集召集一級主管開會，緊盯新車品質。

此役，嚴凱泰不能輸的另一個理由是，去年汽車本業的裕隆、中華、裕日車三家上市公司，總營收合計約九百八十億元，幾乎快要被和泰的八百九十六億元追上，依和泰近年維持一○％的年營收成長幅度，若再不出重手反擊，恐怕連帳面營收，都守不住「一哥」的寶座。
