滅王？ 馬：還為王修改黨章連任

對於外界頻以「滅王」形容總統馬英九因為司法關說案「鍘王」，馬總統今天接受專訪時，表示他和王是多年朋友，還「特別為他修改不分區立委提名辦法」（指國民黨修改不分區立委提名規定，讓立法院長可連續擔任三屆不分區立委），對王非常重視。

馬總統說，外界說要把王幹掉、滅王，都是子虛烏有。他最後還是強調，社會不應偏離焦點，全案起源還是國會議長為反對黨黨鞭做司法關說，這對司法紀律而言，有非常嚴重影響，尤其對弱勢來說，更不公平。

至於監聽部分，馬總統認為監聽雖然是刑事調查的重要方法，但對人民的隱私會有傷害，所以要合乎比例原則，「違法監聽，都應該究辦」。

標題[請益] 灰塵跟異音的關系？

這幾天電腦有異音 還以為會爆炸 剛就拆開來看 電源電風扇的朔膠通風口都是灰塵 就清掉了 然後在開就沒有異音了 這樣是正常的嗎？？ 灰塵真的會引起異音嗎？？ 我看下面的顯示卡跟主機版也都有一層灰塵 就用衛生紙擦過一次後 在用手去摸看看 刺刺的小鐵鐵摸起來滿舒服的 但摸太大力給刺出血來 流了一點血在主機版上 雖然擦乾了 這樣沒有問題吧 目前開機中還算正常 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.205.220

綠委提倒閣 已連署34人

民進黨立委葉宜津目前正在推動連署倒閣案，今天又增加1人連署，目前進度已經有34人，離連署門檻還差4人。葉宜津說，目前黨團幹部尚未連署，但不連署不代表不支持。政府帶頭毀憲亂政，只能用憲政手段來解決。

民進黨中央原欲提彈劾，但門檻依舊極高，審度再三，葉宜津認為倒閣是較可行之道，但她認為最不浪費社會成本，還是總統馬英九自己下台，呼籲不分黨派、包括王院長一起支持倒閣，讓民眾有重新選擇的機會。

民進黨立委李應元呼籲王金平發揮領導力，在野黨45席以外，也鼓勵執政黨負起社會責任，一同連署，王院長不該是第三者，「他責無旁貸」。

1名陸軍宜蘭153旅現役士兵黃麟凱入伍後懷疑女友兵變，加上被催討欠債，昨日闖入私宅狠心勒斃女友及其母親，案件上午被媒體大幅報導。國防部長嚴明上午在立法院遭抨擊國軍軍紀不彰，國防部軍紀宣導形同具文。嚴明允諾檢討。

嚴明上午到立法院外交及國防委員會進行業務報告，這是他接任現職後首度接受質詢。他在報告中指出，國軍為預防犯罪，利用法治教育時機，深入基層部隊持續宣教法治觀念與法律觀念，計實施了1681場次，受教官兵有24萬4972人次；國軍也令頒軍紀通報6則、攝製軍紀教育單元劇3部及策頒軍風紀狀況分析報告5篇，有效減低違法事件。
