市場傳出，奇美集團申報賣出群創10萬張股票，持有群創股權降至10%以下。群創昨（30）日表示，奇美實業去年初即退出群創董事會，並表明淡出電子業。此次降低持股至10%以下，以行動證明不想當大股東。

根據去年群創財報，奇美實持有群創股權約26%，此次申讓10萬張後，持股降至9.93%。鴻海集團則持有群創19%股權。

奇美實業發言人、協理陳世賢昨（30）日表示，處分群創股票1億股，取得13.85億元資金，純粹為充實營運資金，「奇美支持群創，不會賣光群創持股」。

群創指出，奇美實業透過投資銀行，洽特定人士收購群創股票，群創不清楚實際交易對象，也不方便評論。群創說，晶圓代工與面板業等股本大的產業，股東結構多元是很正常的事，群創是專業經理人負責營運，以追求股東最大利益為目標。

市場傳出，這次交易是透過花旗銀行洽特定人出售，目前面板產能過剩，外界揣測，是否大陸下游品牌廠或面板廠接手。陳世賢說，昨天處分是委託券商在公開市場依正當程序買賣，並非洽特定人認購，外界傳聞有中資、日本、南韓、私募基金參與，「應是過度聯想」。

奇美實業上周五已公告處分群創100張股票，昨天再度大量釋出10萬張，引起市場高度關注。陳世賢指出，群創對奇美實業而言，是一個靈活的資產，未來不排除適當時機再處分，為表達對群創的支持，奇美實業將保有一定比率的群創股票，不會全部賣光。

【綜合報導】近日因非法監聽等飽受各界質疑的檢察總長黃世銘，昨晚結束他在立院長達8個半小時的備詢後，向《蘋果》記者自爆，他除了8月31日及9月1日面見馬總統外，在9月6日特偵組開完記者會後，馬總統也曾打電話給他，但他不願進一步說明談話內容及通話次數。府方昨晚坦承，9月6日後總統「的確有數次打電話給檢察總長黃世銘」。

綠委李俊俋痛批離譜至極，總統不宜與檢察總長聯絡，若聯絡只為談立法院長王金平的事，代表黃世銘是打手，馬英九、黃世銘都應下台負責。綠委陳其邁也批，馬英九謊言不斷，公然干預司法、違法濫權，應該接受北檢調查，北檢應儘速偵辦，辦個大案給大家看看。

【綜合報導】金馬獎執委會上月24日才公布51歲蔡康永今年獨挑大樑，7度主持11月23日舉行的「金馬50」頒獎典禮，但其實在公布前6天，他一早起床發現右臉顏面神經失調，至今14天。他昨錄影時因病未痊癒戴面具錄影，雖然講話正常，可是右臉仍略顯下垂：「已看過醫生，估計10月中旬就能完全恢復。」若未能如期康復，已有戴面具或以其他造型上陣主持的最壞打算。

蔡康永去年收入約3120萬元，原本他兩岸活動不少，以他每場約50萬元人民幣（約241萬元台幣）行情計算，每月平均可接3場共進帳723萬元台幣，生病後助理推掉大部分通告，讓他專心養病，這個月僅接1場桂林度假中心的主持活動，損失約482萬元台幣。

【綜合報導】繼台北地院上月做出假處分，同意王繼續行使黨員權利後，台灣高等法院昨再駁回國民黨的抗告案，馬昨指示律師團再抗告，轉戰最高法院。但法界分析國民黨難翻盤，王幾乎可穩坐立院龍頭寶座至任期屆滿。

馬英九昨晚餐敘時表示，首度坦承，會檢討處理王金平案是否過當。也希望外界不要模糊關說案焦點，與王的訴訟在進行中無法緩下來，他不能在司法關說案的立場上和稀泥，如此會讓民眾認為總統沒是非，未來還是會繼續訴訟程序。但多名藍委砲聲隆隆，希望馬不要再抗告，也有人要求日來捅出非法監聽紕漏的檢察總長黃世銘下台，「訴訟到此結束。」

抗告案遭駁回，網友一片叫好。針對國民黨將提再抗告，《蘋果》昨語音民調顯示，有高達70.83%受訪民眾不支持再抗告，僅21.03%支持。

【綜合報導】】蕭敬騰原訂去年5月於美國舉行「2012蕭敬騰＆GEM美國巡迴演唱會」，因主辦單位「夢媒體製作」未預付酬勞而取消。蕭所屬經紀公司「喜鵲娛樂」提告求償，台北地院昨判夢媒體製作應賠償862萬餘元，並在《蘋果》等4報頭版登報道歉1天，全案仍可上訴。蕭敬騰對判決感到欣慰，表示賠款全數捐公益，希望圈內人不要再被騙。

蕭敬騰昨受邀出席星星兒基金會公益活動，義賣T恤為自閉兒進募款，經紀人Summer昨表示：「已經收到判決書，老蕭很高興，他要把賠償的錢全數捐出！」她強調這件事從頭到尾都是個騙局，「我們之所以提告，一方面希望給當初已經買票的歌迷一個交代，代表我們有積極的處理，另方面也希望圈內不要再有人被騙」。
