「釜喜屋純素拉麵店」是位在台中的一間日式拉麵店，原本老闆是賣葷食的拉麵，但是後來轉賣素食，但食物依舊美味。這家最特別的是，其叉燒是手工製作，有別於一般叉燒，吃起起相當美味，究竟這家有什麼吸引人的麵呢？就讓大家隨著海芋的腳步往下走吧！

就先從店家的環境開始介紹起吧！最吸引我的就是這麵牆啦，裡面除了介紹日本人吃拉麵的習慣外，也說明了茹素的好處。

另外還有日本拉麵的分布圖，相當特別。

店家的飲料完全是自己來，茶的香味可以讓你開胃，建議吃拉麵前先喝杯茶來暖暖胃。

底下這是「和風白木耳」，一點點醋的酸味，配上日式和風醬，吃起來相當涼爽，吃完後整個開胃。

以下是「醬油叉燒」，吃起來有清甜的好味道，店家的湯頭應該是熬了很久。

這家的份量相當足夠，麵條也相當帶有彈性，就算泡了一下，也不會馬上就爛掉。

再來看一下這叉燒的部份，採用新鮮的猴頭菇，白白的部份應該是杏鮑菇吧！吃起來相當 Q，也是店內的最佳招牌。

這是味噌拉麵，味噌拉麵的味噌湯頭相當濃郁，端上來味噌的香氣就撲鼻而來，很有日式的感覺。

這是咖哩叉燒，我覺得咖哩的口味相當重，而且咖哩其實蠻家常的，所以如果要吃這碗咖哩叉燒前，請先吃其它叉燒，不然口味都會被咖哩蓋過去。
