騙倒韓國現代集團子公司　男自稱滿清皇族後裔又騙到55億

一個以張姓男子為首的詐騙集團，3年前曾透過虛設的人頭公司，詐騙韓國現代集團的子公司得手；不料他去年又另起爐灶，竟又自稱是滿清皇族後裔，向2家廠商詐騙共55億元得逞。檢警循線將他和集團成員逮捕，並依詐欺罪將張男等5人起訴。

檢警調查發現，52歲的張姓男子和48歲的離職李姓警員，去年3月共組上慶集團，2人分別擔任董事長和總經理。其中李男自稱是滿清皇族後裔、李男則冒稱日本皇族後裔，公司可協助企業和個人投資、借貸。根據《聯合報》報導，去年7月一名數位科技公司負責人因急需資金，透過金融掮客認識張男。

被害人向張男公司透過國際資金借貸，張男趁機向被害人拿走公司支票和本票共55億元做為保證金，被害人等了4個月遲遲未拿到貸款，才驚覺上當，隨即報案逮人，保住尚未兌現的支票。警方查出張男以相同手法，同樣詐騙某生技公司330萬得逞。

警方深入追查，張姓主嫌在3年前曾假冒國際金融集團，曾騙倒韓國現代集團的子公司，案件還在高等法院審理中，沒想到他交保之後竟又故技重施。

色男赤裸上身瞎掰換藥　趁俏護士彎腰襲臀

急診室有色狼！新北市一名無業男子，日前因為車禍到醫院就診，結果全身酒氣且上身打赤膊，竟對一名急診室的年輕女護士襲臀，當場被扭送警局處理。他辯稱當時因為車禍受傷到醫院治療，因喝了些酒走路不穩，才會不小心誤觸女護士臀部，但警方查出根本無掛號紀錄，加上他過去也有性騷擾前科，警方依法送辦。

這起色狼趁機在醫院急診室對護士襲臀的案件，發生在22日傍晚6時左右。一名48歲的葉姓男子，當時到新北市立聯合醫院掛號急診，當時他上身赤裸且渾身酒氣。根據《蘋果日報》報導，正好一名24歲的年輕護士，背對著他替一名在病床上的病人換藥，葉男頓時色心大發，朝護士旁邊走過，伸手襲擊對方臀部。

女護士突然嚇了一跳，見葉男若無其事地將走出門外，隨即怒罵變態色狼，警衛聞訊將葉男攔下報警處理。葉男被帶回警局偵訊，他向警方供稱，當時他因為車禍傷到腳，到醫院想請護士換藥，但因為喝了些酒而重心不穩，才會不小心誤觸女護士的臀部，強調並非故意的。

但警方根據醫院監視器畫面，當時葉男經過女護士身旁時，明明左側走道寬敞無人，葉男卻刻意往右側走，右手背故意觸碰護士臀部；且警方查出男子根本沒掛號，加上警衛的指認，當場令葉男百口莫辯，訊後被依違反《性騷擾防治法》移送偵辦。

不讓癡男攀爬騷擾少女 台電封死電桿孔洞

花蓮一名五十二歲男子愛慕年僅十六歲少女，經常三更半夜爬台電電線桿，爬到少女位於家中二樓的房間外傳達愛意，經花蓮地院判刑四個月並拘役70天，已經在監服刑。台電今天實地會勘，決定將電桿孔洞封死不讓攀爬，確保少女安全。

這名男子曾多次利用電線桿，爬上少女居住的2樓陽台，家屬多次報警，男子仍不死心，甚至裸露上身躺在陽台上唱歌，讓少女不堪其擾，最後警方將他逮捕，經起訴判決後在監服刑。

男子在獄中仍不斷寫情書騷擾少女，由於男子即將出獄，台電今天實地會勘，確認男子都是利用電線桿孔洞，插入鐵條攀爬上屋，因此決定將孔洞用水泥封死，保護少女安全。
