我是男的，

在下在學期間就很不擅長運動，體育神經不好，

什麼球類運動都沒興趣也學不好，籃球不會打，連最簡單的羽球也不OK，

總之體育課就是混過去的。但是後來接觸游泳之後，才發現有比較願意學跟喜歡的運動

一方面也是覺得太少運動想維持體態健康一點，一方面不排斥游泳運動，也不會滿身大汗，再說我很希望變成曬得黑黑的陽光男孩。

不過就是體育神經太差了，教練說我四肢僵硬，水性不好

我才剛學沒多久也不奇怪這個問題，現在只會自由式蛙式跟仰漂，也都不是很在行，

游的距離大概只能50公尺吧。但是我真的很想學好它。

最近大學在上游泳課的時候，練側泳(有抓浮板)有時候姿勢都會歪掉，很糗都跑到別人那線去，而且還會頭暈，不知道怎麼辦。

也擔心之後的課程會跟不上，我游很慢，氣容易喘。壓力有點大。

看別人都游得很好，有時候會自卑。雖然也都告訴自己又不是在比賽......

我想問的是，運動細胞不好的我，可以學得好游泳嗎?是不是需要花比運動細胞好的人更多努力的時間?又該如何提升呢?

我也想當陽光男孩，想問假如我訓練個幾年，有機會考上救生員嗎(不是免強考上那種)?

因為我還蠻喜歡方向燈的形狀,可是我不想要七彩變來變去的.
