國民黨律師團補充抗告理由

國民黨律師團不服王金平聲請「暫時保有國民黨籍」的假處分獲准，昨天遞狀向高院提抗告；王金平的委任律師許英傑，今天下午也到高等法院，具狀聲請公開抽籤分案。

許英傑離開後，國民黨律師團陳明等人抵達台北地方法院，遞狀補充抗告理由；「是否認為王金平聲請公開抽籤分案多此一舉？」陳明沒有正面回應，僅表示高院歷年來都是電腦分案、電腦隨意抽籤，國民黨律師團信賴司法。

想請教各位前輩的看法， 小弟當IT工程師三年，想轉職當SA或PM， 慧訊是主動跟我聯絡說她們有PM的缺， 感覺很急著收人，offer給得很快，待遇也ok，PM的機會也不是這麼容易取得， 但這家公司規模小，資訊與評價實在不多，讓人有點疑惑， 相較之下d-link給人的感覺比較放心，評價也比較明確， 不知道有經驗的大家是否能給予一點看法呢，希望能聽聽不同的意見， 感謝各位的分享了 公司 D-LINK友訊 慧訊 地點 內湖 內湖 職務 SA PM 薪水 48000*14 60000*13 過試用期 70000*13 工時 8 8 視專案加班，給補休 加班情況未知，應該還算合理 出差 有國外出差機會 國內出差 住所 家裡 家裡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.194.225

在這個幾乎由科技支配著人們生活的年代，當你擺脫所有電子產品一整天，你還能活得下去嗎？美國搞笑雙人組合「Smosh」的最新網路影片，就將日常生活所有有「螢幕」的物品通通抽離，從影片主角幾近抓狂的結果也證實：「我們果然還是離不開這些科技物品的陪伴」。

影片中，男主角安東尼一覺醒來發現鬧鐘沒了，電腦憑空消失，連手機都變成古老的撥盤式電話；出門迷路時，又沒有GPS的幫忙；在沒有聽音樂就無法跑步的時候，卻遍尋不著自己的iPod；連原本愛聽的新潮電子樂也消失，變成古怪的敲鑼打鼓。

此外，平時當成精神食糧的社群網站，包括臉書（Facebook）、推特（Twitter）以及網路相簿instagram，也通通消失在世界上；要查資料時，最愛依賴的維基百科（Wikipedia）也沒了，讓安東尼幾近抓狂，也證明現代人真的已經被科技所徹底支配。

這一切雖然看似不自然，但事實上在30年前，人們卻能不依賴這堆科技物品而活的相當自在。網友就笑稱，由奢入儉難，現在若想回去當年毫無科技支援的時代，恐怕也會跟影片主角一樣快要崩潰。

影片為搞笑團體「Smosh」所拍攝，模擬一個科技產品完全消失在世界上的生活。

2013廣播金鐘 央廣入圍31件創紀錄

2013廣播金鐘獎今天(17日)揭曉入圍名單，財團法人中央廣播電臺一口氣入圍31項，不但是今年入圍最大贏家，更創下廣播金鐘史上單一電台入圍最多獎項紀錄，表現突出。

本屆廣播金鐘獎共有88個單位、1,049件作品報名，角逐29個獎項，報名踴躍。財團法人中央廣播電臺製播內容品質獲得評審高度青睞，除了「專業頻道獎」、「音效獎」、「特別貢獻獎」外，其餘26個獎項都有中央廣播電臺的作品入圍，共入圍31件作品，包括「非流行音樂節目及主持人獎」、「兒童節目及主持人獎」、「教育文化節目及主持人獎」、「藝術文化節目及主持人獎」、「綜合節目及主持人」、「社區節目及主持人」等，創下廣播金鐘史上單一電台入圍最多紀錄。當獎項一一揭曉時，央廣團隊欣喜若狂，歡呼聲不斷。

央廣總臺長李猶龍興奮表示，很開心評審團感受到央廣製作節目的用心，他希望頒獎典禮時能把大獎都抱回家。李猶龍說：『(原音)這是我們央廣(入圍)最多的一次，我們花了1年的功夫把節目做好，我們希望所有的聽眾能夠感受到我們做節目的用心，而且我們也增加很多項目來參加，就是希望走出以前央廣不同的風格，除了保有原始最好的，我們還希望能夠創新、開發更多，我們的努力已經讓評審群看得到了我們的用心 我們也希望最後的獎能夠落在央廣。』

李猶龍指出，央廣平時主要是對海外廣播，唯有在廣播金鐘獎上獲得肯定，才能讓大家知道央廣的節目真的很好聽。未來他希望能爭取在國內發聲，讓央廣的節目不只在國際上放送，也可以讓國內聽眾收聽得到。

2013廣播金鐘獎頒獎典禮將於10月18日晚上7時在台北國父紀念館盛大舉行，由中視頻道與中天綜合台同步進行現場直播。
