【陳冠宇／新北報導】新北市一名黃姓單車女騎士，昨夜11時許騎MARIN公路車行經五股登林路山區1處下坡彎道時，疑當時山區起霧，再加上車速過快失控自撞水泥擋土牆，因強大撞擊力致前輪扭曲變形、掉落，她也慘遭摔飛，頭破血流、左手腕骨折、全身多處擦傷，現場血跡斑斑怵目驚心，送醫後不治。 警方調閱前後路段的監視器畫面，確定黃女前後並沒有來車，且當時山區起霧，初步判定她騎單車自摔才發生不幸。

【徐珮君／台北報導】前法務部次長李進勇下午到監察院檢舉檢察總長黃世銘為法洩漏偵查秘密，越權偵辦刑事案件，違法監聽及洩漏監聽譯文，事證明確，要求監察院依法彈劾，以正官箴。監察院則由值日監委余騰芳接受檢舉書。

李進勇日前已到特偵組，告發馬英九總統、黃世銘等人，今又到監察院檢舉。李進勇說，特偵組9月5日簽結民進黨立委柯建銘涉嫌背信案後，隔天又召開記者會發布新聞，公開接露柯建銘電話監聽議文，指前法務部長曾勇夫、台灣高等法院檢察署檢察長陳守煌涉入關說，但監聽譯文與申請監聽的背信罪完全無關，本應封存銷毀，但黃世銘卻公開揭露，違法事證明確。

李進勇認為，馬英九總統、行政院長江宜樺逼迫曾勇夫辭職，引起軒然大波，馬英九又要求立法院長王金平下台、撤銷王金平黨籍，導致政壇動盪，黃世銘違法失職行為不但使司法公信毀於一旦，且造成國家社會難以彌補傷害，應予以議處。

  【黃任膺／台中報導】臺中市政府經濟發展局有意將東峰公有零售市場1樓攤位區、地下空間委託民營，規劃委託經營管理期間5年，期間屆滿，經考核營運績效優良者，得同意續約1次。基本租金總額為330萬元，包含地上1樓攤位區及地下空間，面積約1533.67平方公尺。
 
市府表示，北屯區消費人口眾多，「吃在北平（路），穿在天津（路）」一語道出天津、北平商圈對臺中人生活具有舉足輕重的地位，位於北平路與天津路之間之東峰市場，對大臺中的經濟發展扮演相當重要的角色。如能有效規劃商機無限。

10年以上的片子，好像是真實故事改編，敘述某個城鎮發生姦殺案 警方一直找不到證據，因為那時候雖然有採集到血液、精液，但卻與嫌疑犯 的相比對並不吻合，後來嫌犯越來越大膽殺害了更多人，後來才曉得原來嫌犯 他的血液與精液異與常人(通常可以由這2樣判斷是否為同一人)，因此而破案 小時候的記憶敘述不好請見諒。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.226.246

如題 CA 新增了壓力摳米的傳說級合成，就在 Alchemy 底下的最後一個分頁 裡面會先列出目前已有的傳奇合成式 羅列如下： Boss 名稱 部位 Gehenna, the Fire Elemental Crown of Flames 頭盔 Valhalla, the Air Elemental Storm Binder 手套 Aurora Heart of the Woods 武器 Ambrosia Helm of Arcane Energies 頭盔 Malekus Keeper of Chaos 首飾 Typhonus, the Chimera Trisoul Plate 盔甲 Vermilion, the Tyrant Dragon Vermilions Grasp 手套 4 Giants Lava Inferno 魔法 Fenix, Risen From Ashes Aegis From Ashes 副手 Kessaran, the Undying Living Death 武器 Urmek, Protector of Gaia Mask of Urmek 頭盔 Vorak, Devourer of Skies Windgrasp Gauntlet 手套 老鼠會 Hordeslayer Gauntlet 手套 Hordeslayer Plate 盔甲 好了，聰明的無名英雄們應該已經發現 這些合成式被分割成五個群組 因為它們都是新合成式的需求物品 (不是素材!!) 這五個群組各自擁有新的合成裝備和物品需求，然後是新增的素材 五個群組依序如下： 名稱 部位 素質 Aetherforge 武器 30/30, 物穿+10 Helm of Zeus 頭盔 30/35, 物穿+10, 物抗+10 Shalazars Mantle 盔甲 32/32, 物抗+25 Gorgon Protector 副手 38/40, 物穿+25 Legendary Deathgauntlet 手套 38/35, 物穿+75 Legendary Deathmantle 盔甲 65/60, 物抗+75 幾個重點： 1.全部沒有神能，只有 "物理" 穿刺/抗性，所以只在 PvP 有影響 2.必須由上往下依序合成，因為他們的合成需求物品都包含前一個物品 例：有 Aetherforge 才能合成 Helm of Zeus 有 Shalazars Mantle 才能合成 Gorgon Protector 3.所有的合成素材都來自新增的傳說級素材 (沒有素質，簡稱橘色垃圾) 4.老鼠會的需求裝備會被消耗掉，因為它們是素材 Aetherforge Vitality Vines x10 Genesis, The Earth Elemental Artic Hearts x10 Ragnarok, the Ice Elemental Molten Spheres x10 Gehenna, The Fire Elemental Windswept Feathers x10 Valhalla, the Air Elemental Helm of Zeus Lionheart Statue x10 Corvintheus Moonfall Mushrooms x10 Aurora Tempest Orbs x10 Ambrosia Berserker Ores x10 Malekus Shalazars Mantle Bahamut Scales x10 Alpha Bahamut, the Volcanic King Typhonus Oozes x10 Typhonus, the Chimera Vermilion Eggs x10 Vermilion, the Tyrant Magmos Rocks x10 Magmos, the Lava Giant Gorgon Protector Life Reborns x10 Fenix, Risen From Ashes Skeletal Remnants x10 Kessaran, the Undying Earths Horns x10 Urmek, Protector of Gaia Windborne Arrows x10 Vorak, Devourer of Skies Legendary Deathgauntlet Hordeslayer Gauntlet x1 Darkhearts x8 Lord of Darkness Fire Blooms x8 Svarog, the Magmapede Corrupted Ambers x8 Lothorewyn, the Corrupted Soul Chains x8 Alperon, the Corrupted Deathsouls x8 Aspect of Death Legendary Deathmantle Hordeslayer Plate x1 Darkhearts x10 Lord of Darkness Fire Blooms x10 Svarog, the Magmapede Corrupted Ambers x10 Lothorewyn, the Corrupted Soul Chains x10 Alperon, the Corrupted Deathsouls x10 Aspect of Death 這些合成式的難度原則上都不是一般玩家可以完成的 不燒 FP 要湊到它們的需求物品難如登天 拿 Aetherfury 來說就好了，Genesis Sword、Frost Bolt 各 5 個還算簡單 但是 Crown of Flames 和 Stormbinder 卻各要兩個！ 就算湊到這些需求物品，還要再回頭刷各 10 個傳說垃圾，果真是傳說中的垃圾 再下來是 Helm of Zeus，先不說四神要先戰個數十輪 三大合成 DP 裝各要兩件，先看一下我拿各一件的數據就好： Aurora 23 kill, Ambrosia 14 kill, Malekus 54 kill 嗯...或許打老馬的時候人品正差，但這樣平均就是至少 20 殺才拿到一個 每個要打 16M 才能維持 80% 以上拿二紫 橘色機率還沒算！ 就算這些都拿到了，老科的 The Reckoning 還要打五把！！！ 五把橘色劍啊！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！ 還有後面的甚麼兩顆 Molten Core 都是浮雲吶 老鼠會還要四隻合計打個 110 顆素材合成手套再打另外 110 顆合成盔甲 最後才從那幾個十億王身上打各 10 顆傳說垃圾 合成一雙 38/35 的手套和 65/60 的盔甲... 是啦數值是很高，問題是等玩家農到這些東西的時候... 時代早就進化到隨便一件紫裝就上 50/50 了吧... 神經病 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.72.9
