最近想自己換主機板和CPU
因為跑高階遊戲似乎很吃力了
前幾年就自己升級過顯卡

用的是 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
也順便換了電供 種子 500W

而我的CPU是原本主機內建的
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6700 @ 3.20GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.2GHz

電腦配置如下:
System: Windows 7 旗艦版 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
System Model: Veriton M265
Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6700 @ 3.20GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 2048MB RAM

想請問各位專家
如果要跑像俠盜獵車手4這樣的遊戲 (不用特效全開，順就好~)
應該要換甚麼樣的主機板+CPU呢?

我的顯示卡應該還很夠用
另電源希望維持種子500W就好

因為我換手機
所以我把原本的手機東西刪掉要給我弟用
我一開始以為我的手機聯絡人存在sim卡裡面
所以我就按回復原廠設定了
後來我才發現我存在SD卡里

我有備份我SD卡的資料
我想請問我要怎麼存這些資料夾裡面找到我的聯絡人
PS:我的手機是 HTC desire HD
