五、國慶日 (十月十日) 。
六、先總統  蔣公誕辰紀念日 (十月三十一日) 。
七、國父誕辰紀念日 (十一月十二日) 。
八、行憲紀念日 (十二月二十五日) 。
本法第三十七條所稱勞動節日，係指五月一日勞動節。
本法第三十七條所稱其他由中央主管機關規定應放假之日如左：
一、中華民國開國紀念日之翌日 (元月二日) 。
二、春節 (農曆正月初一至初三) 。
三、婦女節、兒童節合併假日 (民族掃墓節前一日) 。

紀念日、勞動節日及其他由中央主管機關規定應放假之日，均應休假。
 
第   39    條 （假日休息工資照給及假日工作工資加倍）

休假，工資應由雇主照給。雇主經徵得勞工同意於休假日工作者，工資應
加倍發給。因季節性關係有趕工必要，經勞工或工會同意照常工作者，亦
同。

（中央社記者李宇政台北15日電）海碩男網賽會內賽明天登場，台灣一哥盧彥勳將以單打頭號種子之姿，首輪面對好友泰國好手烏東察克，盧彥勳將以平常心應戰。

2013高雄海碩國際男子網球挑戰賽14日至22日於陽明網球中心登場，會內賽明天展開，台灣好手盧彥勳、李欣翰、陳迪等將陸續出場。

盧彥勳目前男單世界排名64，已經在高雄備戰多時，烏東察克（Danai Udomchoke）男單世界排名378，兩人去年曾合力拿下泰國網球公開賽雙打冠軍，也在去年對戰過4次，盧彥勳以3勝1負領先。

回到台灣比賽，盧彥勳認為，目前狀況還可以，但到高雄還得跟天氣對抗，而在台灣比賽已有心理準備會遇到同胞。他這次並沒有預設目標，以放鬆心情面對，「但還是督促自己，盡力去取得冠軍」。

另外，大會今天進行單打會外賽第2輪賽程，台灣小將尤承宇、莊庭宇都力退對手，明天將分別與日、韓球員爭取會內賽資格。

尤承宇將對上會外賽第2種子松井俊英，莊庭宇則將挑戰會外賽第4種子、「韓國新希望」鍾賢，勝出即可晉級會內賽。1020915
