標題[討論] 這就是MLB跟CPBL的差距嗎?

看看今年返國效力的胡金隆跟高國輝， 胡在3A的打擊還可以，不過上MLB就是落賽， 至於高連MLB都沒上過，在2A的打擊成績還不錯， 要不是受傷，應該可以衝到3A，MLB就....... 以上兩人今年幾乎都是屠殺中職， 中職跟MLB的換算，我看打擊率至少差一成五，HR我不會換算 如果胡跟高可以複製這種成績去MLB的話 在MLB年薪都可以超過1000萬美以上吧 MLB跟CPBL中間這條鴻溝到底有多深呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.115.75

餐廳名稱：藏屋燒肉 消費時間：2013/9月 地址：新竹市中正路159號 電話：03-5255222 營業時間：17:00~24:00 每人平均價位：700~1500 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：否 推薦菜色：和牛系列/鱈魚 網誌圖文好讀版(無音樂):http://ppt.cc/LgSq 今天也是為了犒賞假日值班的辛苦且中秋節快到了, 應該來烤個肉慶祝一下, 所以特別找一家網路風評不錯的 和牛燒肉來品味. 除了竹北外,新竹單點燒肉的店不多, 諸如新橋,原燒等以外大部分都是吃到飽的店, 吃到飽的店 對我來說現在太累了XD 所以才會想到找一家有氣氛及高級 燒肉來享受一番~ 藏屋燒肉位於新竹著名的婚紗街上, 拍攝門口時也不 小心拍到新娘秘書/喜餅等等廣告進來 另外他們有提供特 約停車, 客人可以停到北大教堂對面的公有停車場,結帳時 跟店員說一下, 他們就會減掉2小時NT$40的停車費. 另外 有特約廠商也可以打9折啊. 現在有打卡優惠, 牛五花/牛肉條/梅花豬 3選1 免費 吃. 進門結帳桌後方及冰箱少不免都放了一些看起好喝且不 便宜的日式酒類, 還是那句話-要開車不能喝酒, 無緣啦~ 店內裝潢是走簡約精緻路線, 整體的燈光是稍為昏暗柔 和, 每張桌子卻是有獨立的明亮照明, 讓每位客人都可以清楚 看到食材的"真相"及聊天時氣氛比較熱絡, 故很適合家庭/ 朋友聚會/情侶約會等. 醬料部分有提供蒜泥/蔥花/辣椒/燒肉醬/日式醬油等, 另外還有玫瑰鹽可於烤肉時自行再調味. 木炭是選用精選無 煙木炭, 燒起來沒有白煙, 吃完後也不會一身烤肉的味道. 店內還有提供每日限定生猛海鮮, 有深海魚及波士頓龍蝦. 自製正宗韓國泡菜NT$80, 賣相不錯, 不過吃起來跟平常 吃的泡菜味道不太一樣 可能是真的"正宗". 配燒肉吃還不錯啦. 包肉菜$NT60, 附有特製醬料/蒜頭/青辣椒. 青菜非常的 青綠色, 給人很新鮮的感覺. 和牛橫膈膜 NT$230, 牛橫膈膜是內臟, 但口感像牛肉, 店員建議的烤法為烤一面, 待上面的血水出來時就可以吃了. 果然是和牛等級的, 牛味十足外也是入口即化. 霜降豬肉 NT$150, 比較不會油膩的部位, 建議烤到剛熟 就好, 肉質才會有彈性可口. 櫻桃鴨 NT$150, 這個呢, 記得烤到8分熟就好, 不然會 有乾澀的口感. 烤起來鴨肉香還蠻濃的. 綜合海鮮NT$320, 都是非常新鮮的海鮮, 不帶任何腥味, 附的醬汁為芥末加檸檬汁, 意外地跟海鮮很搭, 不會蓋到海鮮 味道反而引出他的鮮味呢, 比用烤肉醬好吃 特別一提他們的 鱈魚超好吃, 使用奶油一起焗烤, 魚肉鮮甜滑嫩, 如果不想點 綜合, 建議可以單點鱈魚試試看. 和牛牛五花NT$210(打卡免費), 請烤7分熟就要上桌了, 才能吃到牛五花的美味, 再配包肉菜也很好吃. 記得打卡點這 道啊, 比較過3選1, 這道單價是最高的XD 今天最高級的肉品上場了~~~ 厚切極品無骨牛小排 NT$450, 看到他的油脂雪花的分佈就想到黑鮪魚的上腹肉, 差點就生吃下 去了, 哈哈 真是極品無誤啊, 在烤時請一直翻面, 待表皮有一 點點焦就上桌, 應該是5成熟左右了. 後記: 這一頓下來約NT$1500左右,比去老乾杯吃和牛便宜 多了, 藏屋燒肉的品質與價格也是有成正等比, 想享受高級的肉 品及有氣氛的店時 可以考慮到此家來. 祝大家中秋節快樂啊~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.14.140
