堅持不曝光的老闆駱桑說：「我從小愛吃麵，到處學作麵，前後10多年，還曾到日本學藝，但從未想到要開店，只因為當業務員太累，所以改行賣麵，生活較單純！」

【王智勇／台南報導】台南市下營區今日發生一起車禍肇逃案件，一名周姓漁販（64歲）由新營市區載著一堆魚貨要赴麻豆市場販售，沒想到車子行經台十九甲線11公里處（中營路段），一部大貨車疑未打開駐車燈就停在快車道上，因天色昏暗周男沒注意前方停了一輛大貨車，迎頭撞了上去，周男當場受困小貨車內。

周男因車門卡住打電話向兒子求救，周男兒子一聽到自己父親發生車禍，開車趕到現場，周男兒子說，｢我一聽到父親發生車禍，嚇了一大跳，因現場只離住處二分鐘車程，當我開車來到現場，發現一輛大貨車似乎查覺有人出現，急忙要離開現場，我一邊追趕這輛大貨車，一邊打電話向119求救，但最後還是被肇事的大貨車逃離了｣。

因肇事的大貨車已離開現場，周男的小貨車也撞得車頭變形，台南市消防局找來器材車協助周男脫困送醫，周男目前在柳營奇美醫院救治中，生命無大礙，而台南麻豆分局也調閱附近監視器追緝這輛肇逃的大貨車，以釐清車禍發生的經過。
