【簡銘柱、施昂強／台北報導】1名喝著珍珠奶茶的男子陳志嘉前天搭乘台鐵列車，在車廂內以行李霸佔3個位子，剛好搭乘該列車的林茂雄見狀勸他讓座，不料陳志嘉竟還回嗆，甚至拿粉圓「攻擊」林茂雄，但被林茂雄輕巧躲過。這段影片被上傳至網路，引發網友痛批「這人是垃圾」。

今天下午4時許，陳志嘉出面鞠躬道歉，語帶哽咽地表示：「我真的很想要跟他（林茂雄）道歉，這都是我的錯，對不起！」。
