（中央社記者程啟峰高雄8日電）2013亞太城市高峰會（APCS）明天將在高雄登場，參加會議各國代表團陸續抵台，高雄市政府也展開各式迎賓活動。

市府於7日至12日與環球購物中心新左營車站店及台鐵新左營站合作，於環球購物中心新左營台鐵大廳設置迎賓接待櫃台，讓與會貴賓一抵達高雄就能感受到這城市的熱情，並及時獲得會議與旅遊相關資訊。

APCS迎賓接待櫃台迄今已接待中國大陸天津市、廈門、美國檀香山、西雅圖、日本熊本市、八王子市等30多個姐妹市與城市代表團。

APCS迎賓接待櫃台除備有台灣味蛋黃酥、鳳梨酥及飲料接待貴賓，並提供立可拍拍照服務，貴賓可選擇穿搭原住民頭飾、背心及客家服飾、美濃紙傘等，在接待大廳背板前拍照留念。

高雄市經發局今天說，未來將長期與環球購物中心新左營車站店及台鐵新左營站合作，將環球購物中心新左營台鐵大廳作為高雄舉辦大型會展活動迎賓接待大廳，形塑成為高雄會展門戶。

另外，高雄市長陳菊今晚也出席APCS的VIP之夜，歡迎遠道而來的各國代表團。

亞太城市高峰會議9至11日在高雄巨蛋舉行，有100多個城市參與，會中將透過主題演講、市長論壇與分組座談等，探討城市治理與最佳營運策略。

【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】（大紀元記者黃捷瑄編譯報導）東京申奧成功給正在提振日本經濟的首相安倍晉三注入強心劑，分析預測，這對建設、旅遊業及消費者信心上都有幫助，至少帶來0.7%的經濟成長。

彭博社報導，東京的信金資產管理公司基金經理藤本洋（Hiroshi Fujimoto）說：「奧林匹克概念股的價格還未塵埃落定，但事實上它們的表現已經超過預期了。日本股市短期將有強勁的慶祝行情，也會期待賽事帶來的經濟影響。」

主辦奧運可以創造就業機會，提高這個世界第三大經濟體走出2011年地震、海嘯陰霾、並克服高額債務的信心。申奧成功可以視為繼參院選舉獲得壓倒性勝利之後，安倍的又一次勝利，進一步支持他在改變通貨緊縮及提振消費者信心上的努力。

安倍在記者會上說 ：「我們得到了一個讓東京及日本發光的機會。我希望解進15年的通貨緊縮。主辦奧運對多數方面都有好處，如基礎設施和旅遊。」

摩根士丹利日本經濟研究部主管弗德曼（Robert Feldman）說，日本政府預估奧運將使國內生產總額（GDP）增加0.3%，實在是太謙虛了。

他在9月4日的報告題到：「我們粗估經濟影響至少與英國相當，7年內大約是GDP的0.7至0.8%，相當於增加3到4兆日圓，或6到8兆日圓左右的總產值。
