北投山區起火 下午持續悶燒

中央社 – 

（中央社記者林長順台北8日電）台北市消防局接獲通報，北投崇仰一路有野草燃燒，消防局派員前往灌救，原本火勢已獲得控制，但仍持續悶燒。

消防局119勤務中心上午9時34分獲報，崇仰一路空曠處有野草燃燒，立即派出17輛消防車、1輛救護車共48人前往灌救。

原本中午前火勢已獲得控制，由於山上水源缺乏，加上重重阻隔，火勢持續悶燒，冒出濃濃白煙，消防局持續加派人力及車輛滅火，防止火勢延燒到附近住戶。1020908

（中央社記者李宇政新北市8日電）台灣好手戴資穎今天在台北羽球公開賽女單決賽，以16比21、9比21不敵韓國成池鉉，屈居亞軍，尋求連霸失利。

「YONEX OPEN 2013中華台北羽球公開賽」今天在新北市新莊體育館進行各項目決賽。

廣大興案 生還者抵菲作證

（中央社記者林行健馬尼拉8日專電）台灣漁船廣大興28號遭射擊事件，船上3名生還者今天在律師陪同下，抵達馬尼拉，準備出席菲律賓司法部9日舉行的偵查聽證會。

5月9日發生「廣大興28號」遭射擊事件，台籍船員洪石成中彈身亡，同船生還者有洪石成之子洪育智、女婿洪介上和印尼籍船工伊曼（Imam Buchaeri），由律師陳峰富陪同，搭乘中華航空公司班機，上午從高雄飛抵馬尼拉。

中華民國駐菲代表處人員前往協助通關，於機門口接到4人之後，先在機場貴賓室稍作歇息，之後由菲律賓國家調查局、菲律賓國家警隊成立的安全小組，護送到下榻旅館。

陳峰富向菲國媒體表示，3名生還者是接受菲律賓政府傳喚出席廣大興案的偵查聽證會，他們將尊重菲律賓的司法程序。

菲律賓國家調查局建議以殺人罪起訴8名涉案海岸防衛隊人員，其中4人加控妨害司法罪名，全案移送司法部檢察總長辦公室，洪家人以目擊者及受害人身分宣誓作證，是菲國檢察官決定是否起訴菲方涉案人員的必要程序。

洪家人明天下午將攜證件、證物和書狀，在菲國檢察官面前宣誓，證明在台灣所做的證供無誤，且是在自由意志之下所做。

菲方司法系統並沒有為證人、告訴人或被告提供車馬費的規定。1020908
