拓展市占率 提振成長

〔編譯楊芙宜／綜合報導〕彭博社、華爾街日報引述消息人士報導，蘋果下週即將發表低價iPhone等新品前夕，分別與中國移動、日本NTT DoCoMo公司近乎達成最終協議，這兩家中、日市場最大電信業者即將開賣iPhone，有助蘋果開發高達八億新顧客群，大舉拓展智慧手機市占與提振成長。

中國為全球最大智慧手機市場，也是蘋果僅次於美國、歐洲的第三大市場。蘋果因遲遲未能與中國移動達成電信營運商協議，上季在中國的銷售較去年同期下降十四％，市占率跌至五％、排第七，大幅落後對手三星市占率十八％，並遭當地業者聯想、華為、中興或小米科技以低價智慧機搶食市場。

中國移動現有用戶數高達七．四億，為美國最大電信營運商威瑞森無線（Verizon Wireless）的七倍大，日本電信一哥DoCoMo用戶約六二○○萬。消息人士透露，蘋果已要求代工商鴻海旗下富智康把中國移動納入本次新低價iPhone手機交貨的營運商名單內。

蘋果與中國移動的協商歷經數年，起初蘋果不願把iPhone帶進中國移動特殊與相對不穩的第三代網路，中國移動則對蘋果堅持要保證銷售量相當不滿，最重要的是雙方對智慧手機售價的補貼談不攏。

此次協議主要與蘋果、中日兩電信商雙方都需要對方的立場改變有關。蘋果面臨中國市場銷售下滑，中國移動在對手中國聯通、中國電信已提供iPhone下，持續流失用戶；DoCoMo也因兩主要對手軟體銀行（Softbank）與ＫＤＤＩ公司早開賣iPhone，瓜分用戶群。

將加大螢幕 迎戰三星

蘋果隨著逾半營收來源的旗艦產品iPhone銷售減緩，今年以來股價已下跌約六．四％，投資人質疑蘋果能否增加銷售。知情人士指出，蘋果正測試「加大」螢幕的iPhone，尺寸從四．八吋到最大六吋，在與三星激烈競爭下尋找新成長動力，轉變智慧手機的迎戰策略。

〔自由時報記者吳昇儒／基隆報導〕「這個人倪○正，68年次欠錢不還…。」網路上常見網友PO圖、文，向他人求助希望找到欠款人、仇人，也有許多提醒大家的善心文，都將尋找對象的個人資料全部曝光，警方表示：「網路力量大！但是小心觸犯個資法」，而且就算在不公開的網路社團中貼上對方個資，一樣違法，呼籲上網求援者務必小心。

臉書上一名陳姓女網友，在臉書社團中的留言板，PO了一張男子的正面照，還留言「各位幫我注意一下這個人︰倪○正，68年次基隆人，住在喜事（指喜市社區）附近…此人欠錢不還…」等語，果真就有熱心網友提供倪男的行蹤。

而另一名簡姓網友則在網路上，公開PO出張姓男子照片及LINE的對話內容，還將對方車牌、手機號碼、臉書等資料公諸於世，並在標題中指出，該男騷擾女性，要認識張男的朋友，叫他出來與PO文者聯繫。

網路上更有酒店經紀人成立「酒店惡劣小姐詐欺名單」社團，PO出疑似欠款小姐的借據、身分證、健保卡等證件，俗稱「善心文」的文章，提醒其他經紀人小心。

基隆市警四分局偵查隊隊長沈瑞坤表示，經常可在網路上看見違反個資法的情形，但個資法屬於告訴乃論，需要當事人提告，尋找欠款人及感情糾紛所PO的文章，因為法院尚未判決，網友就在網路上批判，恐涉及公然侮辱罪。

學者檢測發現　市售蜂蜜7成5不純

【戴安瑋／台北報導】台灣蜂蜜今年減產5成，純蜜產地價上漲 1 至2成，但宜蘭大學教授陳裕文去年從通路、水果攤抽檢的市售蜂蜜12件，有6件是百分之百用高果糖漿、焦糖色素及香精調和而成、沒有一滴蜂蜜的偽蜜，但標示為調和蜜，有3件是高果糖漿和蜂蜜對半摻的卻標示為純蜜，僅3件是真的純蜜。他說，他今年擴大抽檢130件，80件是有國產蜂產品證明標章都是真的純蜜，另50件通路及水果攤抽驗結果，將於年底出爐。

台灣養蜂協會理事長吳朝生說，台灣蜂蜜產量一直在減少，市場需求大，早期有通路為競爭，曾用高果糖漿、焦糖色素及香精調和而成出售，經苗栗農改場踢爆後，衛福部即訂定標準，同意業者可以在蜂蜜中摻高果糖漿，但要誠實標示，違者即違反《食管法》可重罰。

彩券開出大獎 土地公斷頭日？

桃園龍潭鄉高平村富安福德祠一尊土地公花崗石像，在七月中威力彩開出最高頭獎隔天，頭部慘遭「斬首」失蹤一個半月，八月底才被村民距廟四公里的石門水庫溪洲橋下發現，完整接回身軀。

「大概又是求明牌槓龜的外地人幹的！」高平村老村長尹國城說，富安福德祠土地公前年也在某次彩券連槓好幾期才開出後，發生「斷頭案」，當時連一旁的土地婆像也遭殃，村民集資打造新石像，想不到又發生悲劇。

「事不過三！」現任村長羅盛添說，村民已再度打造新的土地公像，今天恭迎、安座，但目前還無法防止再有人對土地公洩恨，只能道德勸說，提醒賭徒「舉頭三尺有神明」。

羅盛添說，土地公有三水、高平兩村村民祭拜，因為靈驗，也有一些外地來求明牌的信眾。今年七月十八日，桃園市開出威力彩史上最高廿三億元頭獎，隔天村民就發現土地公的人中以上部分不見了，斷面整齊，無敲打痕跡，因石像材質是花崗石，村民推測，土地公的頭可能遭電鋸類切割工具「斬首」後丟棄。

高平村鄰長李詩興八月卅日行經石門水庫旁溪州橋，因大漢溪水位變低，發現有魚卡在石縫中，他下橋想撈，但到了河床已不見魚蹤，反而感到一道目光注視自己，回頭就在卵石堆中發現土地公的頭。

李詩興趕緊將好消息回報尹國城，一行人慎重迎回土地公頭部，「放」回身軀上，斷面處大致還能對齊。

習近平：不經營勢力範圍

中國大陸國家主席習近平7日在哈薩克納札爾巴耶夫大學演講，宣示北京的中亞政策。他指出中國絕不干涉中亞國家內政，不謀求地區事務主導權，不經營勢力範圍。

據新華社報導，習近平在演講中指出，中國與中亞國家發展關係面臨難得的機遇，「要堅持世代友好，做和諧和睦的好鄰居」。

他說，中國堅持走和平發展道路，堅定奉行獨立自主的和平外交政策。尊重各國人民自主選擇的發展道路和奉行的內外政策，絕不干涉中亞國家內政。「中國不謀求地區事務主導權，不經營勢力範圍」。中國願與俄羅斯和中亞各國加強溝通和協調，共同為建設和諧地區作努力。

習近平還表示，中國與中亞國家「要堅定相互支持，做真誠互信的好朋友」；「要大力加強務實合作，做互利共贏的好夥伴」；「要以更寬的胸襟、更廣的視野拓展區域合作，共創新的輝煌」。

習近平並且提出建設「絲綢之路經濟帶」，表示可以先加強政策溝通，協商制定推進區域合作的規劃和措施。並加強道路聯通，打通從太平洋到波羅的海的運輸大通道。

同時，加強貿易暢通，探討貿易和投資便利化問題，並作出適當安排。

此外，加強貨幣流通，如果有關各國在經常項下和資本項下實現本幣兌換和結算，就可以大大降低流通成本，提高本地區經濟在國際的競爭力。
