標題[請益] HTC ONE相機當機?

今天開相機時，先用相機360開，發現打開畫面靜止不動，就停格在剛開起的那個畫面， 在移動時相機完全沒有反應，本來以為是相機360的關係，結果直接開原廠內建的相機， 也是一樣，頓時崩潰阿阿阿阿阿阿!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 然後馬上打電話去HTC，他聽了我的問題也沒多說什麼，只問我要選擇送神腦還是他們原 廠修理，想說既然要送修不如選擇能換外殼的原廠(??)，然後就跟他約下個禮拜一收件， 客服叫我把SIM卡拔起來後重要東西要備份，就在剛剛我備份完想說順手恢復原廠把東西 都弄掉，恢復原廠後的相機就又恢復正常了= = ，這樣我到底是還要不要送修阿阿阿阿阿 不送修怕手機之後又來這招然後還過了保固期= =，但送修又怕對方以為我來亂的明明就 沒有問題，但我是真的手機出現了問題阿TTTTTTTTT 還是這跟我下載的軟體有關係呢? 本來星期三在用的時候都是正常的，到今天用的時候才出現問題，禮拜四上班也有打開使 用正常無誤 對了，相機是只有拍照才有問題，當我選擇錄影又是正常的，可以錄也會跟著畫面動，有 人也有一樣的問題出現嗎?大家建議我送修還是不送修呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.246.199.75

國民黨立委蔡錦隆今天表示，穩定國家的兩大力量包括國防、司法，繼軍中發生洪仲丘案後，司法體系又爆發關說疑雲，再次重創政府形象。他表示，包括立法院長王金平、民進黨團總召柯建銘在內，立院兩大龍頭涉及此事，恐影響本會期議事運作。

他表示，包括軍公教勞退、核四公投、服貿以及電價等重大法案，原已滯礙難行，未來要圓滿協調恐更加困難，希望王返國後，儘快出面釐清真相。

立法院長王金平捲入關說案，但他恰巧在馬來西亞家族旅遊，馬英九總統已呼籲王儘快回國釐清真相。國民黨立委陳學聖今說，王金平在國會的角色難以取代，此事牽涉兩人互信，王與馬之間應儘速開誠布公溝通，「目前科技發達，有很多方式可以聯繫」。

他表示，立院即將開議，包括服貿、電價、核四等重大議題有待處理，此事需要馬、王兩人應共同面對，否則恐將引發政治風暴。

名列全球四大時裝周的紐約時裝周揭幕，名模和工運人士6日聯合抗議美國服飾品牌Nautica的母公司未能簽署改善孟加拉工廠的勞工處境。

Nautica在紐約林肯中心展示春季男裝之際，一批人士在場外示威，他們的抗議牌上寫著：「沒有人應該為時裝送命。」另一面牌子寫著「Nautica把工人扔到海裡」。這句話的意思，來自nautica是拉丁文「航海」。

「國際勞動權利論壇」 (ILRF)組織部主任里雅娜‧福克斯沃格表示，抗議者要求VF公司簽署保護工安的協議。VF生產數十種人氣品牌服飾，包括Nautica、Wrangler、Lee Jeans、Timberland、Eastpak。

知名成衣 工廠連串火災

孟加拉的衣飾工廠發生一連串火災，今年4月一棟工廠大樓倒塌造成1129人死亡，有86家公司簽署一份保障勞工安全的協定，其中包括好幾家美國知名品牌，如Calvin Klein、Tommy Hilfiger、Abercrombie & Fitch、American Eagle，但主要是歐洲零售業者，包括H&M與Zara。

「孟加拉工人團結中心」總幹事卡波娜‧艾克特也到場，她呼籲VF公司站出來。她抨擊「VF等零售業者知道他們的工廠不安全，卻完全沒有行動」。

VF公司網站表示：「VF和倒塌大樓裡的任何工廠都沒有業務關係，但該公司「努力確保」為該公司縫製衣服的工人有一個「安全的工作環境」。

不過，根據福克斯沃格的資料，2010年12月一座工廠火災燒死29位工人，那座工廠就是為VF生產衣飾。她表示：「VF求利先於人命」。

多位名模參加抗議，包括美國的Sara Ziff。她表示，不安全的工作環境持續未變，因為「大家視而不見，就這麼簡單」。她說：「十年前我為Nautica當模特兒的時候，我沒有多想成衣工人的問題。」

但她到孟加拉參觀工廠一次之後，她覺得她基於道德責任，應該「揭發我們身上穿的衣服來自不安全的工作條件，以及那些工人的不幸處境」。

孟加拉有4500座成衣工廠，工人一天辛苦10到12小時，月薪僅40美元 (台幣1200元)。4月的災難突顯了那些工人的非人工作環境。

台北市警局中正一分局忠孝東路派出所張姓警員，因下周要參加射擊測驗，昨天上午擦槍完畢後，疑似未確實清槍，誤扣扳機致警槍走火，他自己嚇一大跳，還好子彈打中置物櫃門板，沒有釀成其他意外，警方今天說，已提醒員警落實清槍，並依規定議處張姓警員。

【綜合報導】美國NBA前球星「小蟲」羅德曼(Dennis Rodman)，剛結束第二次訪問北韓之旅，平壤當局隨即發布他和最高領導人金正恩的合照，讓全世界看看金正恩也是有好朋友的，但在照片中卻被發現，坐在一起的2人中間多出現了「一隻怪手」(紅圈處)。

在照片中羅德曼和金正恩坐著交談，但2人中間竟然出見不屬於兩人的一隻手，外界質疑「怪手」的主人應該是金正恩的翻譯。原來平壤官方為了讓金正恩看來更英明神武、可以直接與羅德曼順暢溝通，刻意叫翻譯躲在後面，但卻沒注意到還是遺漏了一隻手。

【胡守得／台北報導】昨夜請辭的法務部長曾勇夫，自上午9時20分到法務部整理物品後，一邊整理、一邊接待絡繹來訪的舊屬，直到晚間9時20分、整整打包12小時才離去；曾勇夫說，今天把物品、書籍整理一番，心裡感覺踏實，這兩天踏出辦公室，感到有點難過，但告訴自己就要離開法務部，人生有不同的階段，這個階段就是我要離開的時間。
 
記者追問是否受委屈，曾勇夫說，「委屈的事已放下，並離我愈來愈遠，」並強調「已放下，就不會興風作浪」。
 
被問到外傳關說案其實是馬英九要拉王金平下來，曾勇夫說，「我完全沒有這樣的了解，我單就我個人部分認為是該走的時候了。」

台北市消防局第三大隊與內湖區公所、內湖婦宣中隊等單位，7日在康樂街樂活公園舉辦住宅火警防災宣導活動；活動中教導民眾用電安全、油鍋滅火、火災避難逃生、瓦斯使用等居家安全常識，吸引不少內湖區居民參加。

會場同時教授民眾消防繩結、CPR急救等實用技能，並有居家消防安全設備解說；當地幼兒園、跳舞社團也受邀現場表演，增添活動趣味。

【朱俊彥／台中報導】從事美髮業的朱姓男子(34歲)今天凌晨酒後返家，見鄰居徐姓男子（29歲）大門沒鎖遂侵入屋內，見到徐男只穿一件內褲仰睡，伸手撫摸其下體，徐男原以為在作夢，驚醒看到朱男摸鳥怒斥：「衝三小！」做勢要打朱男，朱男跪地求饒，但徐男報警並堅持提告。

朱男辯稱進入見徐男躺在床上，且手在摸鳥下體，以為對方是在挑逗他，他偷摸了約10秒，起初對方都沒反應，以為對方接受他。徐男則說，不認識朱男，對方竟趁他睡著跑到房間偷摸鳥，實在很噁心。警方訊後依妨害性自主罪嫌將朱男送辦。
