特偵組昨天指出，立法院長王金平、民進黨團總召柯建銘涉及關說，違反立法委員行為法，有無行政責任屬國會議事自律範疇，司法不宜介入。立法院紀律委員會能否發揮效果，引發議論。

民進黨立委李俊俋說，紀律委員會是否處理，非本案目前重點，若真涉及關說，可用瀆職罪辦理，但特偵組卻公布沒有案號的案子，還直接公開譯文，根本是政治動作。

李俊俋表示，如果司法單位變成政治工具，存在只為整肅異己，那還是廢了特偵組吧。

【綜合報導】中國人幾乎能將所有動物或昆蟲，變化成不同菜色。廣西南寧最近舉辦的美食節中，有攤販以「富有東南亞風情」當作噱頭，推出火烤鱷魚肉。只見攤販將整尾鱷魚放在炭爐上燒烤，烤熟後就以每份50元人民幣(約台幣242元)的價格切開出售。雖然一個個鱷魚頭被放在火爐邊上，場面恐佈，但任何東西只要宣稱「大補」，一定有人吃，攤販直指鱷魚具上等滋補功效，吸引不少饗客光顧。

不過對於燒烤整尾鱷魚，中國網友卻意見分岐，有人說鱷魚恐佈噁心，難以理解中國人的飲食文化；但也有網友持相反意見，認為食材新穎，烤鱷魚與烤雞烤豬沒啥分別。

【顏振凱／台北報導】特偵組指去年底才針對民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘案向法院聲請通訊監察，並非2、3年，並指案件執行結束後，日前已陳報法院，將由法院通知受監察人。柯建銘晚間發出新聞稿指出，根據特偵組昨天指控立法院長王金平替他關說的新聞稿，明明監聽行為是從2011 年至2013 年9 月5日，柯嗆：「特偵組完全公然說謊，且還否定自己前日的新聞稿！」
 
柯說，還原昨日特偵組的新聞稿，開頭第二項即指出：「二、特偵組於偵辦前揭100年度特他字第61號案時，發現立法委員柯建銘涉嫌介入關說假釋案，且有不明現款流入其帳戶，疑涉有貪污犯嫌，乃向臺灣臺北地方法院（下稱臺北地院）法官聲請就柯建銘委員持用之0938******號電話核發通訊監察書執行通訊監察，嗣經清查金流，查明該等款項係自案外人流入，與受假釋人無涉，且查無其他積極事證，尚難認柯建銘委員涉有前揭貪污犯罪，全案於102年9月5日簽結 」可見特偵組監聽行為從2011年開始，至2013年9月5日結束，但他從未接獲任何監聽票。
 
柯強調，特偵組最後證明並無所謂關說假釋案，卻因此立案監聽更沒有發出監聽通知書，已屬違法違憲，他將就此事追究到底。
