【綜合報導】去年5月升格當爸爸的劉德華（華仔）對妻女非常保護，1歲女兒劉向蕙至今容貌未曾曝光，上周「華仔天地」慶生會上，一向避談家事的華仔竟破天荒大開金口說最怕老婆，爆料寶貝女兒長得像太太朱麗倩，還自嘲是「世界上最沒有自尊的爸爸」。並預告女兒2歲時才會考慮公開容貌。
 
華仔在慶生會表示：「我早上6點就出去做事排演唱會，以前回到家還可以排一下，但現在我一準備跳（舞），就有人（老婆）警告我，練下歌，又有人喊『喂』，我每天都是這麼度過的。」還說連看電視都要等女兒睡著才能戴耳機看，而且每天唱歌給女兒聽：「one little, two little, three little Indian……..」

【綜合報導】南非電力工人罷工，約翰尼斯堡部分地區4日下午開始斷電，受影響的區域還包括前總統曼德拉的家。當地電力公司已在曼德拉家附近緊急設置專用發電機，以保證供電。
 
由於工資談判失敗，南非汽車工人上月起開始全國性的大罷工，採礦、建築、運輸與能源等行業工會也陸續宣布跟進。根據英國《每日電訊報》報導，曼德拉的住宅在當地時間4日20時左右斷電，家人表示幸虧家中有備用發電機可以應付緊急狀況。目前，電力公司已在曼德拉家不遠處臨時設置另一台大型供電機，由專人負責，為周邊街區供電。現年95歲的曼德拉本月1日才出院返回家中繼續接受治療和護理。

【周昭平／高雄報導】高市府今上午向市議會報告2014年總預算規劃，其中歲出1326億元，歲入1206億元，短差金額從去年的135億元減少為120億元，不過歲入部份中的非稅課收入項目，罰款及賠償收入編列達21.64億元，比今年增加6.81億元，增加幅度達45.92%。

議員劉德林批評市府缺錢就把人民當提款機，認為交通安全應以宣導及教育為主，罰款收入步步高升實在不合理。不過財政局回應，罰款收入預算是根據歷年實際收到金額為基準編列，其中不少是酒駕罰款，並非拉高標準刻意開罰。

堪稱為現實版鋼鐵人的 Elon Musk 擅長將各種天馬行空的創意成真，從 Tesla 電動汽車、可停懸原地降落的 Space X 火箭、甚至還提出時速高達 6000 公里的 Hyperloop 交通運輸計劃。這回他從電影「鋼鐵人」獲得啟發，以現有科技造出能雙手隔空操作的 3D 模型。

Elon Musk 最近從「鋼體人」電影中獲得啟發，表示將研發一套手勢操作 3D Modeling 體感軟體，用手在空中比劃就能操控這些 3D 影像。今日 Space X channel 頻道上傳了一隻影片，示範透過雙手懸空操作這些 3D 物件的影片，雖然看起來距離電影「鋼鐵人」的 3D 全景影像操作還有些距離，但是至少更接近了一步。

這套 3D 體感操作技術是透過 Leap Motion 這套體感裝置，並搭配 Oculus Rift 的 VR 虛擬實境頭戴式裝置，以及 Siemens NX、NVIDIA、Projection Design、Provision 的協助達成 3D 顯示及投影技術。影片中工程師透過體感裝置用雙手的手勢控制 3D 物件的轉動、縮放、去掉隔線等動作，還可搭配 3D 顯示技術觀看這些物件。最後再透過 3D 印表機快速製作出原型，影片中就示範列用非凡人等級的 EOS 3D metal printer 金屬 3D 印表機印出 Space X 火箭的原型零件(regen cooling jacket emerges)。

這些東西並非一開始就能直接整合使用，工程師也花了不少時間讓這些裝置一同運作。Elon Musk 表示將這些現有技術整合是個有趣的過程，他相信目前是在一個突破點上，將顛覆工業設計和製造的發展。
