【綜合報導】基隆市北寧路1棟2層樓住宅昨天下午2時許崩塌，今天上午基隆市長張通榮到現場勘災，面對災民質疑倒塌原因是市府在後方建排水溝，張通榮卻將責任撇到前任市長身上，表示自己當時還不是市長。

據《壹電視》報導，災民質疑房屋倒塌的原因是市府亂建排水溝，曾向市府行文多次要救改善問題，卻一直沒下聞，基隆市長張通榮在受訪時則反駁，市府沒接到任何案件，並指該地點本來就屬危險區域，曾規劃整村遷移。但面對媒體質疑為何一直沒處理時，張通榮卻又將說當時自己還不是市長，將責任撇清。

【陳郁仁／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今出席「102年青年政策論壇-全國會議」，對於青年代表質疑對核四的安全，以及發展永續能源的要求，江揆解釋，因為核能生產1度電成本是0.7元，但台灣現在生產1度電要賣3.6元，顯示天然氣等其他發電來源成本很高。

江宜樺說，如果發展再生能源，太陽能1度電要10元以上，這樣對中低收入戶和用電大的產業，會有很大影響，所以需要透過公投，讓台灣這個民主社會，共同決定未來是否要面對高電價的結果，如果大家都同意，政府也會想辦法因應。

江宜樺強調，青年政策論壇是總統馬英九2008年選舉時的承諾，歷年來舉行的結果，會中青年人的建議，有8成都獲得政府採用，顯示青年政策論壇可以讓政府做得更好。

【生活中心／台北報導】台灣中油公司今天宣布自明天凌晨0時起，家用液化石油氣（桶裝瓦斯）、工業用丙烷、丁烷、混合丙丁烷每公斤各調漲1.4元，車用液化石油氣每公升調漲0.8元；至於天然氣價格則不調整。

中油表示，受到近期中東緊張情勢增溫、軍事衝突擴大的影響，液化石油氣國際合約價格較上月上漲，依調價機制計算，每公斤應調漲1.4元。以桶裝瓦斯每桶20公斤計算，明起瓦斯將漲28元。一般家庭每月平均用2桶桶裝瓦斯要多付56元。

餐廳名稱:杏子豬排 地址：台北市南京東路二段63號 電話：02-2537-3767 消費時間：2013年/8月 事發經過：那天剛好跟家人約好，可以一起吃中餐， 曾經在復興店吃過，覺得好吃服務也不錯， 於是就挑了離公司比較近的南京店，想說應該差不多。 想不到這才是錯誤的開始， 我媽媽和我爸很喜歡吃醃蘿蔔絲，去復興店時，復興店給得很大方 大概就半碗的量。 但是我真不騙你南京店給的量大概就一人份一口份量而已， 我們三人吃一人份的一口份量，一人大概就吃個2~3根醃蘿蔔絲， 後來我找店員反應請他們來看，我說你們給的這份量也太少， 復興店的份量不是給這樣的.... 至少可以讓我們吃一口， 而不是只吃2~3根，店員看了看也說是少了點， 我當下以為他會願意幫我加量，想不到店員居然跟我說， 因為有客人反應醃蘿蔔絲給太多，所以我們這家的量都是這樣， 再跟我說你要加錢購買嗎? 當下我聽到真的有點理智斷線，馬上問她說， 我從沒聽過來餐廳吃飯的客人會嫌店家的菜給得太多， 你們的回答也太誇張。 店員回我，是的客人嫌菜太多，要我們把份量改少。 我聽到真的火大，我就叫他們請店長出來， 店長來了，聽了我的抱怨.... 回答更是讓我感到不可思議。 我跟她說我去復興店用餐時，你們的份量可不是給這樣的。 這家南京店店長居然回我， 他說因為復興店醃蘿蔔絲給得很大方的原因是， 因為那是客人吃剩都不要吃的。 因為那是客人吃剩都不要吃的。 因為那是客人吃剩都不要吃的。 如果不喜歡，你可以去復興店用餐。然後還假假笑笑的請我們離開。 我聽到以後大罵，現在是怎樣? 店家會這樣說? 是把我們當什麼? 最後我跟我爸媽很不爽的，跑去陶板屋南京店用餐， 服務好多了! 不受一堆鳥氣。 我以後絕對不來這家吃!!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.176.82 ※ 編輯: AnNovia 來自: 61.228.176.82 (09/01 15:57)

【綜合報導】Lamigo桃猿再變裝，將於周六、日(9月7日、8日)桃園主場大開「Army Party阿彩趴」，全隊換穿迷彩球衣比賽，並搭配猿軍版球帽，這將是中職24年來首度有球隊穿迷彩球衣亮相。
 
國外職棒穿迷彩球衣比賽已行之有年，猿隊今年球季不斷引領潮流，陸續推出多款球衣，包括主場白、客場藍以及假日紅等球衣，全新設計出爐的阿迷風球服是今年第4套，球團表示，穿上迷彩球衣，更增強球隊對抗氣勢，另這兩天還會推出相關迷彩感球隊商品。
