最近中國的掀起了一陣硬碟大戰，身為中國搜尋引擎龍頭的「百度」公司，當然也不甘示弱地推出了免費雲端大硬碟，其實百度推出雲端硬碟已經是很久前的事了，只不過這次一次推出限時 2TB 的專案，也算是讓人跌破眼鏡，當然爽到的就是這些用戶囉！

Step 1.
要升級百度雲空間的方式很簡單，只要手機下載百度雲的APP，並且登錄就可以獲得 1TB 了！另外支付 1 元人民幣就可以再獲得 1TB，不過台灣目前沒有支付的機制，請向淘寶網求救。

Step 2.
由於這個空間是中文介紹，就不怎麼介紹上傳、註冊等。如果要分享檔案，只要在檔案上按下【分享】。

Step 3.
接著，按下【創建公開鍵接】！

Step 4.
在獲得公開鍵結之後，複製連結後，就可以將檔案分享給朋友囉！

Step 5.
如果要取消分享，只要按下【我的分享】，來取消分享的檔案就可以啦！

總結：據海芋的測試，百度的上傳、下載速度都還不賴，至於大家關注的雲端空間會不會倒閉這個問題，我只能說百度應該夠大，倒閉的機會應該不大。但是檔案安全的部份呢？海芋還是得重申，不安全的檔案請不要上傳。

標題[請問] VMware 像parallels切換虛實機

（軍聞社記者郭家良臺北一日電）行政院退輔會今天表示，為因應募兵制推動，考量國軍退除役官兵需求，兼顧政府財政能力，規劃對募兵制短、中役期志願役人員輔導措施，採「簡易、明確」原則，並於今年六月份已奉行政院核定，期能安定退除役官兵家庭及生活所需，落實政府募兵制退輔政策。

　退輔會指出，募兵制退輔措施方案以維持現有取得「榮民」身分條件者權益為前提，規劃將服役四年以上、未達十年志願役退除役官兵（民國一０四年一月一日以後退伍者）納為新增服務對象，並依其貢獻度及服役年資等條件提供輔導措施。

　退輔會進一步說明，規劃區分二類七級，第一類為「榮譽國民」，包含志願服役十年以上、因戰（公）致病、傷、身心障礙及曾參加重要戰役人員，輔導內容不設期限；第二類為「一般退除役官兵」，以服役達四年為起始年限，並給予六年的輔導措施，另對留營服役五年以上者，每多服役一年則提供二年服務期限，並加上基數計算。

　在輔導方式上，退輔會強調，第一類榮民仍提供就學、就業、就醫、就養及服務照顧等輔導措施；第二類人員就學、就業、服務照顧及自費就養，原則比照第一類人員辦理，無職者至榮民醫院就醫，則免繳掛號費。
