阿里山公路 開放小型車通行

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義縣1日電）嘉義縣山區降下大豪雨，阿里山公路昨晚預警性封閉，今天上午9時已開放小型車通行，但仍禁止大客車上山。

嘉義縣山區自8月29日降下超大豪雨以來，每天都大雨滂沱，昨天凌晨0時至今天上午10時止，有許多地方雨量都超過300毫米。

其中，以番路鄉龍美395毫米，高居全台降雨量第1名；番路鄉頭凍368毫米、竹崎鄉奮起湖356.5毫米，分占全台降雨量第2、3名。

在超大豪雨、大豪雨的沖刷下，阿里山公路（台18線）沿路有零星坍方、落石發生，公路總局第五區工程處阿里山工務段為顧及民眾行車安全，自昨晚9時起實施預警性封閉。

阿里山工務段今天表示，雖然山區大豪雨仍持續，但為考量山區居民進出，阿里山公路自今天上午9時起開放小型車通行，但大客車仍予以管制。

工務段指出，從今天上午9時起，阿里山公路只准大客車下山，不准上山，並將視天氣狀況實施預警性封閉，請用路人見諒。1020901

民宅倒塌 屋主批基市府不提高擋土牆安全

昨天的豪雨造成基隆北寧路碧砂漁港附近緊鄰公路的山坡土石滑落，一棟磚造房屋和一棟鐵皮屋應聲傾倒，還好屋內一對姊妹及時逃出，沒有造成傷亡；但今天早上他們回到家，看到家園的傾倒慘狀忍不住傷心落淚，她們也批當初是市府在他們家後方做了兩條排水溝，結果卻讓水都往她家流，他們要求加高擋土牆，但市府卻說擋土牆在安全範圍內，結果現在一場雨房屋就倒塌，他們看不出來安全在哪裡。（李書璇報導）

週六的暴雨讓基隆大淹水，其中北寧路碧砂漁港附近緊鄰公路的山坡土石滑落，造成一棟磚造房屋和一棟鐵皮屋傾斜倒塌，還好當時屋內一對陳姓姊妹及時逃出，而其他住戶都不在，沒有造成任何傷亡；而1號早上這對陳姓姊妹回到現場，看到家園變成這樣，忍不住傷心落淚；陳姓姊妹表示，因為之前附近每逢大雨就淹水，因此基隆市政府就在他們的住家後方做了兩條排水溝，但之後雨太大的時候，水就往她家旁邊的山坡沖刷，他們已經反應多次，希望加高擋土牆，但都沒有結果；陳小姐表示，早就和市府反應擋土牆太低，但市府都回說是在安全範圍內，結果才下一場雨，當初花千萬錢購買改建的房子就變成這樣，她看不到安全在哪裡。

而因為這場傾倒意外也擋住旁邊的道路，週日一早相關單位的多台挖土機就準備協助處理清除土石，而屋主還要和市府單位協調，包括這些機具出動和運土石的費用要怎麼分攤；只是倒塌一半的家園，短期內要恢復原狀，恐怕沒有那麼容易了。

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東1日電）總統馬英九今天在屏東枋山勘查南迴線搶修時指示，全面清查危險路段，避免類似事件再發生。

總統在台鐵搶修現場做出3點指示，全面清查危險路段、檢討預警系統、強化邊坡安全性。

總統上午9時30分抵達屏東枋山車站，隨即搭上工程車，前往視察枋山2號隧道受損情形。
