【綜合報導】英國林肯郡34歲母親摩爾(Kelly Moore)，日前和兒子在超市買了一包玉米脆片，幾天後開封要和兒子分享，兒子先拿去吃了幾片，隔了一陣子摩爾拿去繼續吃，突然牙齒一陣痛，覺得咬到異物，赫然發現是一片折斷的美工刀片，她非常幸運的沒有受傷。

摩爾打電話到食品公司，但對方連她的名字都沒問，只說「將玉米片和刀片一起寄回去」，她認為這不是賠不賠錢的問題，且對方態度太過惡劣，找上媒體投訴。而食品公司也隨即與她連絡，並鄭重致歉，承諾會查出原因。

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】台九線蘇花公路，受大雨影響，蘇澳至東澳段傍晚雨勢過大，傍晚時雨量一度飆破100毫米，由於雨勢未見稍緩，公路總局四區工程處緊急於晚間6時30分許，管制人車進入蘇花公路，晚間7時50分，針對蘇澳至東澳間路段展開預警性封路，預計明(1)日清晨將派員巡察路況後，再視天候狀況決定是否開放通行。

南澳工務段長陳世昌指出，因雨量過大，擔心夜間人車安全，因此在晚間六時許緊急封閉蘇花公路蘇澳到東澳段。由於氣象預測資料顯示降雨不斷南移，晚間將視雨勢大小決定是否開放，甚至不排除整條蘇花公路都將封閉，晚間會持續觀測雨勢變化。

因突來的暴雨，不少用路人到蘇花公路入口時才知道封路，詢問管制人員是否能夠通行，在說明後才紛紛改道。不過仍有不少往南澳的民眾不放棄一絲希望，哀求放行說：「只是要到南澳而已，拜託放行一下！」但因考量安全遭拒，也有要到台東知本的民眾見到封路只好摸摸鼻子改道，等候明(1)日清晨開放。

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】高雄1名迷糊髮型師，7月間逛百貨公司時，突接獲陌生男子電話，對方自稱「老公」，誘騙髮型師以視訊電話自慰供其欣賞，還央求她拍裸照傳送，髮型師直到男友來電，才知受騙上當，正牌男友氣得大罵迷糊女友是白痴。

這名陌生男事後還繼續撥了3、40通電話，要求再玩視訊自慰，但遭到髮型師拒絕。當事人擔心裸照外流，報警處理，申設視訊電話的陳姓男子經多次傳喚未到，警方今依妨害性自主罪嫌函送法辦。

【綜合報導】中國新浪微博，將推出新的微博信用積分制度，以打擊網路侵權行為。

新浪微博社區公約負責人胡亞東表示，將於今年10月底左右推出重點構建信用積分規則。 建立微博信用積分制後，對於單次偶發侵權行為將予以制止，持續侵權的帳號則會進行處罰。 根據這個制度，信用積分為初始積分加獎勵積分再減去信用積分。用戶在新浪微博完成註冊後，將自動獲得初始積分80分。如果用戶發布不實信息，將被扣1分至10分不等。微博信用低於60分將被停止增加粉絲，所發內容不能轉發。 如果信用低於40分，所發的全部微博將只出現在個人頁面。而如果信用被扣至0分，微博帳號將被凍結。

據胡亞東介紹，新浪微博社區公約處理的範圍包括：敏感信息、垃圾廣告、不實信息，以及用戶糾紛，包括洩露隱私、人身攻擊、內容抄襲、冒充個人、騷擾他人等行為。

中國江蘇省無錫市知名景點太湖上，就有一隻「山寨版」的黃色小鴨，疑被強風吹翻失去重心，紅色鴨嘴插到湖中，照片曝光後又引發中國網友一陣熱議，開玩笑說：天氣太熱，連膠鴨也要換個姿勢好喝水！

針對美國等國家指控敘利亞阿塞德政權使用化學武器，俄羅斯總統普亭31日首次公開表示異議，要求美國拿出證據，不要輕率採取攻擊行動。普亭反對美國以截獲敘利亞的通訊內容作為證據，表示光憑這些東西不足以用來做「重大決定」，例如對敘利亞動武等。他指出，「敘利亞政府軍處於攻勢，已在數個地區將反抗軍包圍。在這種情勢下，政府軍居然會把王牌 (即使用化武)交到主張軍事干預者的手中，這完全沒有道理。」他並強調，「至於我們美國朋友堅決認為敘利亞政府軍使用化武，並表示他們擁有證據，就請他們拿給聯合國調查人員及安理會看。」
