【呂志明／台北報導】在新北市某雞排店擔任員工的葉姓男子，涉嫌利用糖果利誘僱主的國小三年級女兒，與他發生性關係，小女生將此事告知同年齡的手帕交，沒想到好友因為常偷看A片，想嚐嚐A片中高潮的感覺，要好友介紹葉男識，事後因為LINE的鹹濕對話被父母發現而揭露此事。

台北地檢署將葉男依涉犯加重強制性交罪，向法院聲請收押，法官認為，葉男涉犯與未滿14歲女子強制性交罪，為7年以上的重罪，且有關鍵證人尚未到案，依法裁定收押。

據了解，這名在雞排店工作自的葉姓男子(30餘歲)，因為工作的關係，與僱主就讀國小三年級的小女兒熟識，葉男見對方年幼可欺又少不經事，竟然以糖果、玩具誘惑，以強迫半強迫的方式要小女孩幫他口交、甚至性交，自2012年至去年，共達10餘次。
 
事後這名小女孩與同年齡的手帕交提到這件不敢告訴父母的事，沒想到這名手帕交小小年紀，平時就趁著雙親不在時偷看A片，聽到好友有過性經驗，立即聯想到A片中翻雲覆雨的情節，竟要求小女孩介紹這位大叔叔和她認識，也想嚐嚐看HIGH翻天的滋味，2人最後也發生了性關係。
 
葉男與僱主女兒的手帕交發生關係後，2人互留電話，並時常以LINE連繫，內容多為男女之間鹹濕的對話，像是「潮吹」、「顏射」、「火車便當」之類的A片劇情對白，全都在2人的對話中，猶如熱戀中的情侶。
 
日前小女孩的雙親見到女兒的手機極盡色情的對白，覺得不可思議，平時乖巧的女兒，怎麼可能會知道大人之間的事，追問後得知詳情，才驚覺事態嚴重，昨天將此事告知雞排店的僱主，並告知2人的女兒都是受害人。
 
雞排店的僱主得知後怒不可遏，不管油鍋裡的雞排，質問葉男為何要欺侮其女兒，2人還為此事大打出手，僱主報警將葉移送法辦。
