之後，設定影片的「對比」、「飽合度」、「明亮度」等。

Step 7.
而如果要將影片轉個方向，或者「鏡射」、「加雜訊」、「銳化」等動作，請從「other effect」中調整。

Step 8.
如果要將剪輯影片，只需要按下【剪刀】的按鈕。

Step 9.
之後，設定要剪輯的影片【開始時間】與【結束時間】。

Step 10.
而這軟體一次可以設定多個剪輯片段，只要按下【新增片段】的按鈕後，再設定影片片段2的開始和結束時間。

Step 11.
最後，再按下【編輯】來進行轉換即可。

Step 12.
如果要合併檔案，只要選取要合併的檔案，再按下【滑鼠右鍵】→【合併輸出文件】後，再按下【轉換】就可以幫你合併檔案啦！。

日本新型固體燃料火箭『埃普西隆』27日因異常情況在發射臺上中止點火。這一發射及變故吸引了眾多媒體的格外關注，不少媒體談論的焦點在於這種火箭背後的『軍用疑雲』。

根據新華網報導，去(2013)年7月有韓國媒體報導，『日本已擁有性能極優秀的液體燃料火箭（下稱液體火箭），但還不斷開發固體燃料火箭（下稱固體火箭），難道不是為了軍事目的嗎？』美國《紐約時報》也報導說，『埃普西隆』大小的固體火箭可應用於洲際彈道導彈。

對於這些疑問，大陸航天專家龐之浩28日在接受新華社記者採訪時表示，運載火箭現在大多使用液體燃料。但液體火箭需裝配燃料輸送系統，固體火箭是將固態燃料直接裝入燃燒室，因此後者可以更簡單、快速地發射。正因如此，在導彈中用固體燃料發射的類型較多。

龐之浩說，導彈與運載火箭的最主要區別是導彈運載器的有效載荷是彈頭，運載火箭的有效載荷是航天器。從理論上講，日本的『埃普西隆』火箭確實可以用於導彈發射，這種『改造』是比較容易的。鑑於『埃普西隆』火箭的近地軌道運載能力為1.2噸，因此假如對其進行改造，變成中程或中遠端導彈問題不大。

龐之浩還表示，近些年來日本在軍用太空開發方面有不少動作，其中最主要的舉措是從2003年開始雙管齊下地發射光學和雷達成像偵察衛星。去年，日本已建成由4顆衛星組成的偵察衛星系統，其光學和雷達成像衛星的解析度分別達到0.6公尺和1公尺，這一偵察衛星系統可每天對特定地點至少拍攝一次。

在導航方面，日本已經發射『准天頂１號』導航衛星，今後還將發射5顆，建成獨立的衛星導航系統。導航衛星的軍事用途非常大，它能使導彈、炸彈『長眼睛』,實現精確打擊。此外，日本還可能進一步發展導彈預警衛星，並藉此擺脫對美國的依賴。『這些年日本一直在修改相關法律條文，以削弱對其軍用衛星的限制，』龐之浩說，這些做法剛開始還遮遮掩掩，如今日本基本是在公開研制、使用軍用衛星。

當然目前尚無證據表明，『埃普西隆』火箭將用於軍事目的。目前這一火箭的主要用途是發射小衛星，開展科研和遙感。研發『埃普西隆』火箭可使日本運載火箭家族發展為一個完整系列。例如日本已有的H2A火箭有5種配置，能發射大型和中型航天器，但用它發射小衛星就大材小用了。假如『埃普西隆』火箭在實用中能證明其低成本及可靠性，它就有望在國際商用小衛星發射市場上掙得更多份額。
