如果你是個開車容易暴怒的人，科學家已為你找到解藥：如果想心平氣和地開車，不妨在車上聽聽悲傷的歌。

「每日郵報」（Daily Mail）報導，科學家發現，在車上播放慢節奏、悲傷和低沈的音樂，有助駕駛心情平靜，減輕壓力，開車上路更安全。

研究人員利用虛擬實境讓駕駛開著大型車輛，通過狹窄迂迴的道路。駕駛還必須應付不同的速限，且1分鐘大約會有40輛車逼近他們的車。

研究人員也在駕駛皮膚上貼上壓力感應貼片，測試受試者的壓力變化。

受試者一開始先聽一些自己最愛的high歌，經過8分鐘後，音樂轉成慢節奏曲調。

結果顯示，駕駛人聽慢歌不但有助減壓，超速、偏離車道和擦撞情況也減少了。

研究報告發現，儘管大聲播放high歌讓駕駛心情愉悅，但也讓他們開起車來更粗心大意。

美國和荷蘭研究人員在發表於「人機工程學」（Ergonomics）期刊的報告說：「駕駛的心情愈高亢，分散他們開車注意力的因素也就愈多。」

研究人員說，聆聽慢節奏音樂不僅能讓駕駛舒壓，在手術室播放慢歌，也同樣能讓外科醫師心情平靜，減輕病患的焦慮感。

今天上午中南部已有豪雨，中午過後對流旺，大台北地區也下大雨，中央氣象局觀測，內湖區下午1時到2時累積雨量達80毫米。

氣象局說，午後鋒面報到，大台北地區對流旺盛，台北市內湖區下午1到2時的降雨量就有80毫米，雨量相當大。

根據氣象局對大雨定義，24小時累積雨量達50毫米，且1小時雨量超過15毫米。

除內湖區外，台北市中山區同時間的時雨量也達50毫米，而台北市南港區、文山區及新北市汐止、瑞芳、金山及萬里有明顯降雨。

氣象局統計，中南部持續降雨，今天0時到下午2時20分，屏東春日鄉已降下大豪雨，累積雨量達289毫米，而台中、彰化、雲林、嘉義、台南、高雄及屏東，也多處降下豪雨。

氣象局提醒各地防淹水，山區應防落石、坍方、土石流。
