標題[請益] 開機後無輸入訊號

【綜合報導】狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心今上午表示，昨新增2例鼬獾確診狂犬病，分別來自南投縣水里鄉和雲林縣古坑鄉，目前動物病例包括108例鼬獾、1例錢鼠共109例，疫情發生地區仍為9縣市47鄉鎮市。  

指揮中心表示，下周一起將陸續核撥公費動物狂犬病疫苗，包括桃園縣5700劑、宜蘭縣1500劑、基隆市1000劑、連江縣350劑及民間動物收容所2100劑，由當地動物防疫機關針對病例發生及高風險地區，持續進行山區民眾的犬貓及原住民獵犬預防注射。

【石秀華、魏斌／高雄報導】台鐵自強號在坊山遇土石流出軌，意外發生後，由高雄火車站出發的8時45分自強號往花蓮南迴線列車、以及9時25分往台東的莒光號列車均取消。
 
台鐵高雄站表示，由於往花東的南迴線列車受阻，因此改以由高雄出發的列車先行駛到枋寮，枋寮到台東大武間以南迴公路公路車接駁方式運送旅客，上午10時40分的列車已採用接駁方式先行出發。台鐵表示，行程受阻的旅客可全額退票，15天內均可受理。
