小弟我上月底買了一台TOYOTA YARIS RS版本的車輛,開不到半個月,車子行駛中壓到窟窿有時就會發生喀!喀!的異聲,所以就開回中壢保養廠處理,本想說這應該是小問題,車子應該很快就可以回到我手上~~~但想像卻與事實差的很遠,也是我惡夢的開始!!!
車子從8月中詢左右進中壢保養廠開始,我每天都與保養廠技師聯絡,技師也很認真很努力的想幫我解決問題,無耐時間一天天過去了,技師試了很多方式卻都還沒解決,就這樣過了一星期,這一星期來,我一直向別人借車使用來應付我上班與洽公的通勤,這對我來是非常大的困擾...想說一個星期也過了,我的車子也應該有結果可修好了吧!但無耐又過了兩天,車子還是沒有結果,雖然保養廠的技師是很努力想解決我的問題,但無耐這些喀!喀!的異聲還是無解,想想這應該是屬於TOYOTA出廠時工廠品質問題所造成的,一直給技師壓力也不對,所以我就轉向請TOYOTA 中壢客服協助,畢竟我車子買還不到半個多月就發生異常,TOYOTA原廠應該要負責吧???當我反應中壢客服中心後,客服很快要求保養廠高層出面幫我處理,在雙方的討論下,TOYOTA中壢保養廠希望我可以給他們一點時間來解決我車子喀!喀!的異聲的問題,我當下也同意於今天8/30解決問題完成交車,但我也有與TOYOTA中壢保養廠高層說明這事不能一直拖下去,如果8/30當天問題還沒解決的話,TOYOTA公司要對我怎麼負責的承諾?結果高層也無法給我任何的承諾,叫我再轉向找客服部葉組長來幫我處理,但我找了客服部葉組長後,也是推託說明他無法決定對我承諾,只是一直保證說8/30當天一定會處理好交車給我....後來我再次相信TOYOTA...
8/30號今天終於來到,要牽車前我也有特別跟客服部葉組長聯絡,他也回覆我說車子已經找到原因解決了,所以我就跟公司請半天的事假,從桃園坐計程車到中壢保養廠牽車,在牽車前,保養廠的高層與技師組長邀我一同去試車確認,結果.....還是有喀!喀!的異聲,保養廠的高層與技師組長也都有聽到,這下子我真的快瘋了..車子已經進廠快兩週了,問題還沒解決?而且客服的回覆也讓我聽起來很不爽,他說明這異聲是我認知的問題,他們會把異聲修到正常範圍?異聲還有正常範圍嗎?而且他還希望我再給他們一點時間,當初他的保證不就欺騙消費者?再給時間如果沒有解決?他也無法給我滿意的回答?這就是TOYOTA對消費者的態度嗎?這就是TOYOTA車子的品質嗎?對外界說明 KPI豐田式管理 的工廠就是這樣面對消費者嗎?真的讓我對TOYOTA商譽信心全面喪失,不知Mobile01的各位大大有我如此的遭遇嗎?

P.S:雖然消費者是小蝦米,無法對抗這種大鯨魚,但消費者是只能注定花錢買罪受嗎?
